Abstract

A removable device for attaching two mechanical parts includes a pin removably locking a first part with respect to a second part, a retainer member on the pin and a resiliently loaded tension member which collaborate to prevent the pin from coming out of its locked position; the removable device further includes at least two inclined surfaces, the general shape of which is that of a projection oriented in the axial direction of the pin, such that when the pin rotates, the retainer member runs along the inclined surfaces and the pin moves between the locked position and unlocked position against a force exerted on the pin along a longitudinal axial direction of the pin exerted by the tension member.

Claims

1. A removable device for attaching two mechanical parts which comprises:

a pin removably locking a first female part with respect to a second male part;

a retainer member on the pin; and

a resiliently loaded tension member;

wherein the retainer member and the tension member cooperate to prevent the pin from coming out of the pin'"'"'s locked position; and

wherein the removable device comprises at least two inclined surfaces such that when the retainer member rotates, said retainer member runs along said inclined surfaces moving between at least two positions against a force exerted on the pin in a longitudinal axial direction of the pin by said tension member;

wherein the at least two inclined surfaces are inclined relative to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axial direction of the pin and inclined relative to a plane parallel to the longitudinal axial direction of the pin.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surfaces are formed on one face of the tension member.

3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surfaces are formed on one of said parts and on at least one of the contact surfaces between both parts.

4. The device according to claim 3, wherein the same surface of said part containing the inclined surfaces is provided with a cavity housing the retainer member of the pin in its lock position.

5. The device according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surfaces form two facing ramps with a rib between both.

6. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member has its upper and lower surfaces planar, straight and parallel to one another.

7. The device according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surfaces form at least two downwardly inclined ramps separated from one another by a planar section.

8. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member has its upper surface planar, straight and inclined with respect to its planar and straight lower surface.

10. The device according to claim 1, wherein the pin has the shape of a surface of revolution.

15. The device according to claim 1, wherein the retainer member constitutes a transverse projection of the pin.

16. The device according to claim 15, wherein the retainer member is joined to the pin.

18. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member is a curved segment.

19. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member is a simple circular washer.

20. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member is constituted only of an elastomeric material.

22. The device according to claim 19, wherein the tension member is a metal spring.

23. The device according to claim 19, wherein the tension member is a metal spring.

24. The device according to claim 1, wherein the tension member is mounted or built on the pin.

25. The device according to claim 1, wherein the male part comprises a cavity in at least one of its outer surfaces for housing the tension member.

26. The device according to claim 1, wherein the female part comprises a cavity in at least one of its inner surfaces for housing the tension member.

27. The device according to claim 1, wherein the female part is provided with at least one hole with a notch for being able to introduce the pin with the projection or retainer member.

29. A female part for being coupled to a male part and having at least one hole for introducing a pin, wherein female part has at least two inclined surfaces in at least one of its inner surfaces applicable to the retainer member according to claim 1.

30. The female part according to claim 29, wherein the at least one inner surface of the female part containing the inclined surfaces is provided with a cavity housing the retainer member of the pin in its locked position.

31. The female part according to claim 29, wherein the inclined surfaces form two facing ramps with a rib between them.

32. The female part according to claim 29, wherein the inclined surfaces form at least two downwardly inclined ramps separated from one another by a planar and straight section.

33. The female part according to claim 29, wherein said hole has a notch for introducing a retainer member on the pin.

34. The female part according to claim 29, wherein the female part is a tooth of the type coupled to a tooth bar.

35. The male part for being coupled to a female part and having a housing inside for receiving a pin, wherein the male part has at least two inclined surfaces in at least one of its outer surfaces and is applicable to a retainer member according to claim 1.

36. The male part according to claim 34, wherein the male part is a tooth bar of the type coupled to a tooth.
