Abstract

A current detection printed board includes: a board having a penetration hole that penetrates the board; and at least one wire that is formed in a coiled shape having both ends by penetrating the board along the periphery of the penetration hole and alternately connecting a front surface layer and a rear surface layer of the board, wherein, when a conductor, in which an AC current flows, is disposed to pass through the inside of the penetration hole, a current flowing in the wire is output through electromagnetic induction.

Claims

1. A current detection printed board, comprising:

a board including a first layer having a first front face and a first rear face, the board being formed with a penetration hole which is adapted to allow a conductor, in which an AC current flows, to pass therethrough; and

a first current transformer consisting of a first single wire extending at a periphery of the penetration hole while penetrating the first layer and alternately passing over the first front face and the first rear face.

2. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, wherein:

the first layer is formed with a plurality of first through holes; and

the first single wire includes printed patterns passing over the front face and the rear face of the first layer, and parts penetrating the first through holes.

3. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, wherein:

the front face is a front face of the board.

4. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, wherein:

the rear face is a rear face of the board.

5. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, further comprising:

output terminals provided on the board and electrically connected to the first current transformer.

6. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, further comprising:

a current converter provided on the board and electrically connected to the first current transformer.

7. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, wherein:

the first layer includes at least a pair of conductive layers sandwiching an insulative layer therebetween.

8. The current detection printed board according to claim 1, further comprising:

a second current transformer consisting of a second single wire extending at the periphery of the penetration hole while penetrating a second layer of the board and alternately passing over a second front face and a second rear face of the second layer.

9. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the second layer is formed with a plurality of second through holes; and

the second single wire includes printed patterns passing over the second front face and the second rear face, and parts penetrating the second through holes.

10. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the second front face is a front face of the board.

11. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the rear face is a rear face of the board.

12. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the second layer is identical with the first layer.

13. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the second layer is different from the first layer.

14. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the first current transformer is electrically connected to the second current transformer in series.

15. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the first current transformer is electrically connected to the second current transformer in parallel.

16. The current detection printed board according to claim 8, wherein:

the first current transformer and the second current transformer extend so as to form a double helix.
