Abstract

A pressure operating apparatus is used for controlling the movement of an operation object. One user can press down an insulating element to make a conductive element dispose below the insulating element to turn on at least one of switching elements. The turned on switching elements transmits a conductive signal respectively to a processing module. Finally, the processing module controls the movement of the operation object according to the conductive signal received simultaneously.

Claims

1. A pressure operating apparatus to operate an operation object, the pressure operating apparatus comprising:

a substrate;

a plurality of switching elements disposed on the substrate;

a conductive element separated the switching elements a predetermined distance, pressing the conductive element to turn on at least one of the switching elements to transmit a conductive signal; and

a processing module receiving the conductive signal and controlling the movement of the operation object according to the number of conductive signal of the turned on switching element.

2. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the processing module further controls the velocity of the operation object according to the number of the conductive signal of the turned on switching elements.

3. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is a printed circuit board and the switching element is a printed circuit printed on the printed circuit board.

The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the switching element can be composed by a first junction and a second junction, the first junction is insulated from the second junction, when the first junction and the second junction contact are contacted by the conductive element, the first junction is electrically connected to the second junction via the conductive element.

5. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a insulating element disposed above the substrate, and the conductive element disposed on the insulating element and be correspondingly to the switching elements.

6. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, the processing module further comprising:

a signal transmission unit received the conductive signal to generate a control signal;

a signal analysis unit received the control signal to operate a moving direction and a velocity of the operation object, and generating an operating signal to control the operation object.

7. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the switching element has a first switching element and a second switching element, the first switching element transmits a first conductive signal, the second switching element transmits a first conductive signal.

8. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the processing module controls a moving direction of the operation object according to the sequence of the first conductive signal and second conductive signal.

The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the first switching and the second switching element are defined a first coordinate and a second coordinate respectively, the first coordinate and the second coordinate are included in the first conductive signal and second conductive signal respectively, and the processing module controls the operation object to move along a moving direction according to the sequence of receiving the first conductive signal and second conductive signal.

10. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the switching element is defined a moving direction data, the processing module controls the operation object to move along a moving direction according to the moving direction data of the turned on switching elements.

11. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a bottom substrate;

a plurality of bottom switching elements disposed on the bottom substrate; and

a bottom conductive element separated from the bottom switching element a predetermined distance and disposed above bottom substrate, when at least one of the bottom conductive elements is pressed to turn on the bottom switching element, the turned on bottom switching element transmits a bottom conductive signal.

wherein the substrate is staked upon the bottom conductive element and the processing module receives the bottom conductive signal and controls the operation object moving according to turned on bottom switching element and switching elements.

12. The pressure operating apparatus according to claim 11, wherein when at least one of the switching elements is turned on, the operation object is moved on a plane, when at least one of the switching elements and the bottom switching element are turned on, the operation object is moved in three-dimension.

13. An operating method of the pressure operating apparatus, comprising the steps below:

(a) disposing a conductive element and a plurality of the switching elements, the conductive element separated from the switching elements a predetermined distance;

(b) pressing a conductive element to turn on at least one switching elements via the conductive element;

(c) transmitting a conductive signal by each of the corresponding turned on switching elements; and

(d) controlling the movement of the operation object according to the number of the conductive signal of the turned on switching element.

14. The operating method according to claim 13, a step after the step (b) described below:

defining a moving direction to each of the switching elements, controlling the operation object moving along a moving direction according to the turned on switching elements by the processing module.

15. The operating method according to claim 13, a step after the step (d) described below:

defining a coordinate to each of the switching elements, and controlling the operation object moving along a moving direction according to a vector defined by the coordinate of the turned on switching element and a reference coordinate.

16. The operating method according to claim 13, wherein in the step (b):

pressing slidably the conductive element to turn on at least two of the switching elements sequentially.

17. The operating method according to claim 16, wherein in the step (d):

controlling a moving direction and velocity of the operation object according to the number of the turned on switching elements and the sequence of the switching elements turned on.
