advancing a closure device at least partially into the body lumen opening, the closure device comprising; a delivery sheath; a cleat disposed within the delivery sheath; and one or more anchors disposed within the delivery sheath distal of the cleat; deploying the one or more anchors from a distal end of the delivery sheath; and engaging a distal surface of the body lumen with the one or more anchors. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
