1. A computer-implemented method for alerting one or more members of a connected health network, wherein the connected health network includes two or more members having linked medical records, the method comprising:
- receiving a change in a first health record of a first member, the first health record being linked to a second health record of a second member based on a specified relationship;
using the change in the first health record to determine whether a condition exists that could affect the second member; and
if so, alerting the second member of the affect of the change in the first health record on the second member.

Abstract

The method includes receiving a change in a first health record of a first member, the first health record being linked to a second health record of a second member based on a specified relationship. The method also includes using the change in the first health record to determine whether a condition exists that could affect the second member, and, if so, alerting the second member of the affect of the change in the first health record on the second member.
