extracting part of the data as target data, the part of the data being collected in a predetermined period delimited by times at which the events are detected;
preparing comparison data in advance for abnormality detection;
comparing the target data with the comparison data to obtain a comparison result; and
detecting an abnormality in the operating body from the comparison result.

an operating body; a data collecting part for continuously collecting data from the operating body; an event detecting part for detecting events of the operating body; a target data extracting part for extracting a part of the data, which is continuously collected, as target data, the part of the data being collected in a predetermined period delimited by the events; a comparison database for storing in advance comparison data used for abnormality detection; and a comparison and calculation part for comparing the target data with the comparison data to obtain a comparison result and detecting an abnormality in the operating body according to the comparison result.
