Abstract
The present invention relates to a medicament reservoir adapted to contain a medicament, the reservoir further being adapted to be received by an associated medical delivery device. The reservoir according to the present invention comprises an identification code comprising a plurality of electrode arrays arranged on an exterior surface part of the reservoir. The code comprises a first, a second and a third array of discrete electrodes adapted to electrically couple to transmitter electrodes and receiver electrodes in the reader of the associated medical delivery device. One of the arrays may be provided to obtain a measure of angular alignment between identification code and reader of the medical delivery device.
