Abstract
There is provided a method (700) of touch screen input detection comprising the steps of detecting an initial touch event on a touch sensor (720); detecting a change in the detected touch event; and determining (770) that the change in the touch event is due to a further touch on the touch sensor whilst the initial touch event is maintained. An electronic device is also described.

13. An electronic device comprising:
- a touch screen having a touch sensor; and
a controller coupled to the touch screen sensor, and capable of detecting an initial touch event on the touch sensor;
wherein the controller is adapted to detect a change in the touch event and determine whether the detected change in the touch event is due to a further touch on the touch sensor whilst the initial touch event is maintained. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15)
