1. A system comprising(a) a remote processor programmed to receive medical claim transaction data having a medical provider identifier, to encrypt the medical provider identifier, and to transmit the encrypted medical provider identifier;

(c) a central processor programmed to receive the encrypted medical provider identifier from the remote processor and to match the encrypted medical provider identifier with the medical provider information stored in the central database.

Specifically, the present invention provides systems and methods for collecting and providing information from medical claim transactions without information for specifically identifying the particular medical service provider.
