- orally administering to the human patient in need of treatment for Familial Mediterranean Fever who is concomitantly receiving administration of clarithromycin within 1 to 2 days of orally administering a colchicine dosage amount, a maximum colchicine dosage amount of 0.3 mg of colchicine twice per day.
