1. A method for screening for coronary heart disease, the method comprising the steps of:

  • data mining information relating to coronary risk factors from a structured data source and an unstructured data source, the information comprising values specific to an individual patient for each of the coronary risk factors;

    compiling the information in a structured computerized patient database, at least some of the information compiled from the unstructured data to source from probabilistic inference;

    presenting the information on a display;

    retrieving a test for assessing risk of coronary heart disease, the test including a plurality of data fields relating to coronary risk factors; and

    accessing, by the processor, the database to populate the data fields of the test with the values of the individual patient, the values for populating the data fields including first computerized patient records compiled from the unstructured data source.
