Analyte Sensor Calibration Management
First Claim
1. A method for calibrating an analyte sensor, comprising:
- determining a sensitivity value associated with an analyte sensor;
retrieving a prior sensitivity value associated with the analyte sensor;
determining whether a variance between the determined sensitivity value and the retrieved prior sensitivity value is within a predetermined sensitivity range;
determining a composite sensitivity value based on the determined sensitivity value and the retrieved prior sensitivity value; and
assigning a successful calibration sensitivity value based on the retrieved prior sensitivity value when the variance is within the predetermined sensitivity range.
