Abstract

A method of handling radio link failure for a communication device of a wireless communication system includes detecting radio link failure on a plurality of targets of interest, and sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message indicating at least a radio link failure in at least one of the plurality of targets of interest to the network according to the detection result.

Claims

1. A method of handling radio link failure for a communication device of a wireless communication system comprising a network, the method comprising:

detecting radio link failure on a plurality of targets of interest; and

sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message indicating at least a radio link failure in at least one of the plurality of targets of interest to the network according to the detection result.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the RRC message to the network according to the detection result comprises:

sending the RRC message on one of the plurality of targets of interest with an uplink grant received on the target of interest.

3. A method of handling radio link failure for a network of a wireless communication system comprising a communication device, the method comprising:

receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message indicating at least a radio link failure in at least one of a plurality of targets of interest from the communication device; and

reconfiguring the targets of interest of the communication device according to the RRC message.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein reconfiguring the targets of interest of the communication device according to the RRC message comprises removing configurations corresponding to the targets of interest.
