- an upper portion coupled to a sole;
the upper portion sized to receive a foot;
the sole comprising a front portion and a rear portion;
the front portion and the rear portion comprising an elevation; and
the elevation of the rear portion is greater than the elevation of the front portion such that when the foot is inserted, the heel of the foot is elevated above the toes of the foot.
