Abstract

An exemplary embodiment of the computerized system and method for increasing employee productivity provides a database for storing data, a data inputting device for inputting expected output parameters into the database and a data acquiring device for acquiring actual output data during performance of any workplace duties, preferably in real-time. The data acquiring device may be linked by an interface that transfers the acquired data to the database, where a processor may evaluate the inputted data versus the acquired data. The processor is connected to a data displaying device that may display the inputted, acquired and evaluated data, preferably in real-time.

Claims

1. A system for increasing employee productivity in a production process, comprising:

a database for storing data;

a data inputting device for inputting expected production parameters into the database;

a data acquiring device for acquiring actual production data during a production process from a machine;

an interface for transferring the actual production data acquired to the database;

a processor that is adapted retrieve data from the database and evaluate the inputted data versus the acquired data to produce evaluated data that is stored in the database; and

a data displaying device for displaying the inputted, acquired and evaluated data that is adapted to connect to the database.

2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a data correcting device adapted to correct actual production data after the production data has been acquired, in connection with the database.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the actual production data is acquired in real-time automated process and the inputted, acquired and evaluated data is displayed in real-time.

4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a network that links the database with the data displaying device,

wherein the network is adapted to allow the inputted, acquired and evaluated data to be displayed on the data displaying device.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the data inputting device comprises a computer.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the data displaying device is a portable and adapted to link with the processor by a wireless network.

7. The system of claim 6, wherein the data displaying device is adapted to secure around an individual'"'"'s wrist.

8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a safety control system that is adapted to lockout the machine whenever an employee identification number is not on a secured list in the database.

9. The system of claim 1, further comprising a safety control system that is adapted to interrupt operation of the machine for safety or quality related training or warnings.

10. The system of claim 1, further comprising a banking system that is adapted to dispense an amount of money earned by the employee.

11. The system of claim 1, wherein the data acquiring device is a programmable logic controller linked to a sensor.

12. A system for increasing employee productivity in a production process, comprising:

a database for storing data;

a computer for inputting expected production parameters into the database;

a data acquiring device for acquiring actual production data in a real-time and automated process from a machine during the production process;

an interface for transferring the actual production data acquired to the database;

a processor for evaluating the inputted data versus the acquired data, that produces evaluated data;

a data displaying device for displaying the inputted, acquired and evaluated data that is adapted to connect to the database,

wherein the inputted, acquired and evaluated data is displayed in real-time; and

a data correcting device for correcting actual production data after the production data has been acquired, in connection with the database.

13. The system of claim 12, further comprising a network that links the database with the data displaying device

wherein the network is adapted to allow the inputted, acquired and evaluated data to be displayed on the data displaying device.

14. The system of claim 12, wherein the data displaying device is portable device adapted to link with the data thru a wireless network, and is adapted to secure around an individual'"'"'s wrist.

15. The system of claim 12, further comprising a safety control system adapted to lockout the machine whenever the employee identification number is not on a secured list in the database.

16. The system of claim 12, further comprising a safety control system that is adapted to interrupt operation of the machine for safety or quality related training or warnings.

17. The system of claim 12, further comprising a banking system that is adapted to dispense an amount of money earned by the employee.

18. A method for increasing employee productivity in a production process on a machine, comprising:

providing a system that comprises;

a database for storing data;

a data inputting device for expected production parameters into the database;

a data acquiring device for acquiring actual production data during a production process from a machine;

an interface for transferring the actual production data acquired to the database;

a processor that is adapted retrieve data from the database and evaluate the inputted data versus the acquired data to produce evaluated data that is stored in the database; and

a data displaying device for displaying the inputted, acquired and evaluated data that is adapted to connect to the database;

setting expected production parameters for individual employees regarding the production the individual employee is responsible for fabricating;

stopping the machine if a new employee identification is entered into the database;

inputting expected production parameters into a database;

acquiring actual production data of individual employees in real-time during a production process for the production of products that the individual employee is directly responsible for fabricating;

correcting the actual production data;

evaluating the actual production data acquired versus the expected production parameters for individual employees; and

displaying the expected production parameters of individual employees, the acquired production data of individual employees and the evaluated data in real-time at multiple different terminals that are connected with the machine by a network.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising the step of dispensing an amount of money earned by individual employees at the end of each production shift from a bank system that is adapted to link with the network.
