Abstract

It is possible to provide a radio resource management device, a radio communication base station device, and a radio resource management method which can reduce a reply signal inter-cell interference and suppress decrease of the number of ACK/NACK which can be transmitted. When a plurality of CCE are allocated for PDCCH transmission, among usable CCE, the CCE number used between adjacent cells is differentiated. More specifically, a different RN satisfying RN=(usable CCE number m) mod N is allocated to the adjacent cell. A mobile station performs ACK/NACK transmission by using a PUCCH resource corresponding to the CCE number which becomes the allocated RN.

Claims

1. A radio resource management apparatus, comprising:

a resource allocation section that, when a plurality of control channel elements are allocated to a physical downlink control channel for downlink data transmission, makes control channel element numbers to use different between neighboring cells; and

a reporting section that reports an allocation result in the resource allocation section to a subordinate radio communication base station apparatus.

2. The radio resource management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein, in resource allocation information R_N that satisfies R_N=(control channel element numbers that can be used m)mod N, where N is an integer equal to or more than two, the resource allocation section allocates different resource allocation information R_N between the neighboring cells.

3. A radio communication base station apparatus comprising:

a transmitting section that, when a plurality of control channel elements are allocated to a physical downlink control channel for downlink data transmission, transmits control channel element numbers different from control channel element numbers in a neighboring cell to a radio communication terminal apparatus; and

a receiving section that receives an acknowledgment or negative acknowledgment response signal transmitted from the radio communication terminal apparatus using a physical uplink control channel resource corresponding to the control channel element numbers transmitted to the radio communication terminal apparatus.

4. A radio resource management method comprising:

when a plurality of control channel elements are allocated to a physical downlink control channel for downlink data transmission, a resource allocation step of making control channel element numbers to use different between neighboring cells; and

a reporting step of reporting an allocation result in the resource allocation step to a subordinate radio communication base station apparatus.
