Abstract

A touch sensitive device is provided. The device includes a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction without overlapping one another; a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes; and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the first insulating layer and arranged along a second direction without overlapping one another, wherein the fist direction is vertical to the second direction.

Claims

1. A touch sensitive device, comprising:

a substrate;

a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction without overlapping one another;

a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes; and

a plurality of second electrodes formed on the first insulating layer and arranged along a second direction without overlapping one another,

wherein the fist direction is vertical to the second direction.

2. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:

an isolating layer formed on the first insulating layer and covering the plurality of second electrodes.

3. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrode layers.

4. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the insulating layers are formed between the second electrodes and the electrode layers, between the first insulating layers and the electrode layers, between the electrode layers or on the electrode layers.

5. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers or on the insulating layers.

6. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an adhesive layer formed on the second electrodes.

7. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an adhesive layer formed on the isolating layer.

8. A touch sensitive device, comprising:

a substrate;

a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction and a second direction without overlapping one another;

a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes, and a plurality of cavities are formed on the first insulating layer; and

a wire layer comprising a plurality of wires formed on the first insulating layer, and the first electrodes are connected with the plurality of wires;

wherein the first direction is vertical to the second direction.

9. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 8, further comprising:

an isolating layer formed on the wire layer.

10. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrode layers.

11. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the insulating layers are formed between the wire layer and the electrode layers, between the electrode layers, or on the electrode layers.

12. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers or on the insulating layers.

13. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 8, further comprising an adhesive layer formed on the wire layer.

14. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 8, further comprising an adhesive layer formed on the isolating layer.

15. A touch sensitive device, comprising:

a substrate;

a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction without overlapping one another;

a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes;

a plurality of second electrodes formed on the first insulating layer and arranged along a second direction without overlapping one another;

a preventing layer formed on the first insulating layer and covering the second electrodes;

wherein the fist direction is vertical to the second direction.

16. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 15, further comprising:

a isolating layer formed on the substrate and the isolating layer and the substrate are formed as a compound layer.

17. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 16, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrode layers.

18. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 17, wherein the insulating layers are formed between electrode layers or between the substrate and the electrode layers.

19. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 17, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers or between the insulating layers and the substrate.

20. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 15, further comprising:

a isolating layer formed under the substrate and the isolating layer and the substrate are formed as a compound substrate.

21. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 20, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrodes layers.

22. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 21, wherein the insulating layers are formed between the substrate and the electrode layers, between the electrode layers or on the electrode layer.

23. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 21, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers, between the insulating layer and the substrate or on the insulating layer.

24. A touch sensitive device, comprising:

a substrate;

a wire layer comprising a plurality of wires formed on the substrate;

a first insulating layer formed on the wire layer and a plurality of cavities are formed on the first insulating layer;

a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction and a second direction without overlapping one another, and the first electrodes are connected by the plurality of wires via the plurality of cavities; and

a preventing layer formed on the first insulating layer and covering the plurality of first electrodes and the second electrodes;

wherein the first direction is vertical to the second direction.

25. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 24, further comprising:

an isolating layer formed on the substrate, and the isolating layer and the substrate are formed as a compound substrate.

26. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 25, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrode layers.

27. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 26, wherein the insulating layers are formed between the wire layer and the electrode layers, between the electrode layers, or between the substrate and the electrode layers.

28. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 26, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers or between the insulating layers and the substrate.

29. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 31, further comprising:

an isolating layer formed under the substrate and the isolating layer and the substrate are formed as a compound substrate.

30. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 24, wherein the isolating layer further comprises:

an or a plurality of insulating layers and an or a plurality of electrodes layers.

31. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 30, wherein the insulating layers are formed between the substrate and the electrode layers, between the electrode layers or on the electrode layer.

32. The touch sensitive device as claimed in claim 37, wherein the electrode layers are formed between the insulating layers, between the insulating layer and the substrate or on the insulating layer.
