94. A method of determining the sequence of a nucleic acid, the method comprising:
-
(a) providing a contrast agent labeled nucleic acid by contacting the nucleic acid to be sequenced with a contrast agent that directly labels the nucleic acid to be sequenced to produce the contrast agent labeled nucleic acid; (b) imaging the contrast agent labeled nucleic acid by electron microscopy to obtain electron microscopy (EM) data; and (c) determining the sequence of the contrast agent labeled nucleic acid from the EM data. - View Dependent Claims (95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109)
