94. A method of determining the sequence of a nucleic acid, the method comprising:
-
(a) providing two or more different populations of differentially contrast agent labeled nucleic acid sequences, wherein each of the different populations comprise nucleic acids of identical sequence differentially labeled with the same label; (b) imaging each of the two or more different populations of differentially labeled nucleic acid sequences by electron microscopy to obtain electron microscopy (EM) data; and (c) determining the sequence of the contrast agent labeled nucleic acid from the EM data. - View Dependent Claims (95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109)
