1. A computer-implemented process for controlling an associated device utilizing an automated location tracking and control system to produce an action, the computer-implemented process comprising:

  • associating a target with a blind node having a wireless transmitter, wherein the target moves within a predetermined area among a set of reference nodes;

    performing a continuous data acquisition based on a target movement data, wherein the continuous data acquisition is repeated within a predetermined interval;

    performing a continuous calculation of a target location using the target movement to form target location vectors, wherein the continuous calculation is repeated within the predetermined interval;

    performing a transmission of current coordinate information using the target location vectors;

    transforming received current coordinate information into a device control code, wherein the device control code is a set of voltages;

    transmitting the device control code to an associated device; and

    responsive to the device control code, controlling the action on the associated device in real time, wherein the action is directed to the tracked object.
