- a first bottle of an insulating material for receiving a liquid or solid cooling or warming medium having at its top end male threads for receiving a screw on cup shaped cover; and
a second bottle of non-insulating material located within the first bottle;
wherein the second bottle has a size that can receive a 10 mL volume bottle of insulin that is to be kept at a temperature of between 36 degrees F. and 87 degrees F. by the cooling or warming medium in the first bottle for extending the storage life of insulin in the bottle which is located in the second bottle.

The second bottle has a size that can receive a 10 ML volume bottle of insulin that is to be kept at a temperature of between 36 degrees F. and 87 degrees F. by the cooling or warming medium in the first bottle for extending the storage life of insulin in the bottle which is located in the second bottle.
