1. A method of reconfiguring a timer of a mobile terminal in wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message from a network, wherein the RRC message includes a first timer value;
performing a timer based on the first timer value by receiving a command for starting the timer with respect to the first timer value;
receiving a second timer value; and
restarting the timer based on the second timer value without receiving another command for restarting the timer with respect to the second timer value.
