1. A method of transluminally deploying a bifurcation graft at the bifurcation of a main vessel into first and second branch vessels, comprising:
- introducing a delivery catheter and a bifurcation graft through an access site in the first or second branch vessel, the bifurcation graft having a main portion, a first branch portion, and a second branch portion, the bifurcation graft constrained in a radially compressed state within the delivery catheter, the delivery catheter including a distal tip configured to constrain at least a portion of the main portion in the radially compressed state;
transluminally advancing the bifurcation graft to the bifurcation;
manipulating the delivery catheter to position the bifurcation graft such that the main portion is in the main vessel, and the first branch portion is positioned at least partially in the first branch vessel;
distally advancing the distal tip to permit the main portion to expand from its radially compressed state;
expanding the first branch and second branch portions from their radially compressed states wherein expansion of the first branch portion is accomplished by proximally withdrawing an outer sheath of the delivery catheter; and
withdrawing the delivery catheter through the access site.

Abstract
Disclosed is a tubular endoluminal vascular prosthesis, useful in treating, for example, an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The prosthesis comprises a self-expandable wire support structure having a tubular main body support and first and second branch supports. The prosthesis can have a plurality of radially outwardly extending barbs. The branch supports may articulate with the main body to permit the branches to pivot laterally from the axis of the main body throughout a substantial range of motion.
