1. A method comprising a plurality of steps each being performed by hardware executing software, wherein the steps include:
- receiving, at a second device, a wireless communication containing a selection of an application deployed on a first device that is in wireless communication with the second device, wherein the selected application is for a payment service to be utilized in a transaction conducted on an account issued by an issuer;
determining capabilities supported by the second device for processing of the transaction;
receiving, at the second device, a wireless communication containing a selection of application data in response to the determination of the capabilities supported by the second device for the processing of the transaction; and
processing, at the second device, the application data as required by the application to approve or disapprove the transaction.
