1. A catheter device, comprising:

  • an elongate catheter body, comprising a distal end and a proximal end;

    at least one lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end of the elongate catheter body;

    a distal sensor device affixed to the elongate catheter body substantially near the distal end and in electrical communication with a controller, wherein the distal sensor device generates a first signal;

    a proximal sensor device affixed to the elongate catheter body proximal the distal sensor device and in communication with the controller, wherein the proximal sensor device generates a second signal; and

    a fluid delivery device in fluid communication with the at least one lumen and in electrical communication with the controller;

    wherein said catheter device is a cerebral catheter device configured to be inserted into cerebral arteries;

    wherein the controller is operable to execute instructions to;

    compare the first and second signals generated from the distal and proximal sensor devices, andadjust fluid delivery to the at least one lumen from the fluid delivery device, responsive to a change of the first and second signals generated.
