Abstract

A medication administering device (11) has mounted thereto a preparation syringe (15) containing a preparation, allows administration of a preparation to a living body, etc., and comprises a substantially cylindrical syringe cover (14) that supports the preparation syringe (15) on the inner peripheral face side, a piston (22) that presses on the rear end of the preparation syringe (15), and a piston case (26) that surrounds the piston (22), that guides the outer peripheral face of the syringe cover (14) in the direction of the piston (22) on the substantially cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and that is mounted in a state in which the syringe cover is (14) removable. The medication administering device comprises a syringe holder (21) that guides the outer peripheral face of the preparation syringe in the direction of the piston on the cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and whose outer peripheral face is removably fitted together with the inner peripheral face of the syringe cover (14). A medication administering device (320) comprises a syringe cover (323) for mounting a preparation syringe (15) to a main body, and has uneven faces of different angles of inclination on the end face of the syringe cover (323). A medication administering device (420) comprises a distal end cap (424) that is removably fitted together with the main body, and moves in conjunction with a syringe cover (423) during attachment to the main body.

49. A medication administering device, to which a preparation syringe containing a preparation is mounted, and which administers a preparation to a living body, said device comprising,

a substantially cylindrical syringe cover that supports the preparation syringe on the inner peripheral face side;

a piston that presses on the rear end of the preparation syringe; and

a piston case that surrounds the piston, that guides the outer peripheral face of the syringe cover in the direction of the piston on the substantially cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and that is mounted in a state in which the syringe cover is removable.

50. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein the syringe cover has a fastening tab that protrudes from the outer peripheral face, and

the piston case has a fastening groove that is formed on the inner peripheral face side where the syringe cover is mounted, and mates with the fastening tab.

51. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

further comprising a syringe detector configured to detect that the preparation syringe has been installed in the piston case.

52. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

further comprising a syringe cover detector configured to detect that the syringe cover has been mounted to the piston case.

53. The medication administering device according to claim 52,

wherein the syringe cover detector includes a syringe cover detecting lever, a syringe cover detecting lever spring that biases the syringe cover detecting lever in one direction, and a syringe cover detecting switch that is switched on and off by the syringe cover detecting lever.

54. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

further comprising a syringe identifier configured to identify an identification piece provided to the preparation syringe.

55. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein the syringe cover further includes an inclined part that comes into contact with the shoulder of the distal end outer peripheral part on the side where the preparation syringe is inserted.

56. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein the syringe cover has a substantially cylindrical shape.

57. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein all or part of the syringe cover is transparent or semitransparent.

58. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein the syringe cover has a preparation syringe mounting prong that supports the end of the preparation syringe during mounting of the preparation syringe.

59. The medication administering device according to claim 49,

wherein the syringe cover has a syringe mounting arm that supports the end of the preparation syringe during mounting of the preparation syringe, and releases the support of the end of the preparation syringe when use of the preparation syringe is finished.

60. A medication administering device, to which a preparation syringe containing a preparation is mounted, and which administers a preparation to a living body, said device comprising:

a substantially cylindrical syringe cover that supports the preparation syringe on the inner peripheral face side;

a piston that presses on the rear end of the preparation syringe; and

a syringe holder that surrounds the piston at a specific position, that guides the outer peripheral face of the preparation syringe in the direction of the piston on the cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and whose outer peripheral face is removably fitted together with the inner peripheral face of the syringe cover.

61. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

wherein the syringe holder has a tapered part on the inner peripheral face side, which widens toward an opening in which the preparation syringe is inserted.

62. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

wherein the syringe holder has an outer periphery limiting protrusion that limits the position of the outer peripheral face of the preparation syringe, on the inner peripheral face side.

63. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

wherein the syringe holder has an inner periphery limiting protrusion that limits the position of the inner peripheral face of the preparation syringe, at a portion that comes into contact with the rear end of the preparation syringe.

64. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

where the syringe holder has a syringe detector configured to detect that the preparation syringe has been mounted.

65. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

wherein the syringe holder has a syringe identifier configured to identify an identification piece provided to the preparation syringe.

66. The medication administering device according to claim 60,

further comprising a substantially cylindrical piston case that surrounds the piston and the syringe holder,

the syringe cover has a fastening tab that protrudes from the outer peripheral face, and

the piston case has a fastening groove that mates with the fastening tab, on the inner peripheral face side.

67. A medication administering device, to which a preparation syringe containing a preparation is mounted, and which administers a preparation to a living body, said device comprising:

a main body;

an inner case that forms the main body;

a syringe holder that is installed inside the inner case and supports the preparation syringe;

a spring that biases the syringe holder in one direction; and

a syringe cover, with which a needle for administering the preparation can be removably attached to the distal end portion, and surrounds the preparation syringe, and which has uneven faces of different angles of inclination on its end face, and which mounts the preparation syringe to the main body in conjunction with syringe holder and/or the inner case.

68. The medication administering device according to claim 67,

wherein the syringe cover is removably mounted to the inner case by being rotated with respect to the inner case.

69. The medication administering device according to claim 67,

wherein the uneven faces of the syringe cover come into contact with part of the syringe holder, and the angles of inclination vary with the direction in which the syringe cover is rotated.

70. The medication administering device according to claim 69,

wherein the angles of inclination are such that the inclination angle in the rotating direction when the syringe cover is mounted is less than the inclination angle in the rotation direction when the syringe cover is removed.

71. The medication administering device according to claim 67,

wherein the syringe cover has a guide that engages with the inner case,

the inner case has a guide groove corresponding to the guide, and

when the syringe cover is mounted, the syringe cover and the inner case are fixed each other by engagement of the guide and the guide groove against the biasing force of the spring.

72. The medication administering device according to claim 68,

wherein the syringe cover has ribs at the portion gripped by the fingers, and the ribs have an anti-slip function when the syringe cover is attached or removed.

73. The medication administering device according to claim 67,

wherein the rotation direction when the syringe cover is mounted to the inner case is the same as the rotation direction when the needle used to administer the preparation is mounted to the distal end of the syringe cover.

74. The medication administering device according to claim 73,

wherein the rotation direction when the syringe cover is removed from the inner case is the same as the rotation direction when the needle is removed from the distal end of the syringe cover, and

the force required to remove the syringe cover from the inner case is greater than the force required to remove the needle from the syringe cover.

75. The medication administering device according to claim 73,

wherein the supporting force of the inner case when the syringe cover is mounted is greater than the supporting force of the syringe cover when the needle is mounted.

76. A medication administering device, to which a preparation syringe containing a preparation is mounted, and which administers a preparation to a living body, said device comprising:

a main body;

a cylindrical syringe holder that is provided to the main body and into which the preparation syringe is inserted from the rear end side;

a cylindrical syringe cover that supports the preparation syringe on the inner peripheral face side, and into which the preparation syringe is inserted from the distal end side;

an inner case that guides the syringe cover and is removably fitted together with the syringe cover; and

a distal end cap that guides the main body and is removably fitted together with the main body, and moves in conjunction with the syringe cover during attachment to the main body.

77. The medication administering device according to claim 76,

wherein the syringe cover is attached to and removed from the inner case while rotating, and

the distal end cap is attached to and removed from the main body while rotating.

78. The medication administering device according to claim 77,

wherein the rotation direction of the syringe cover is the same as the rotation direction of the distal end cap.

79. The medication administering device according to claim 76,

wherein the syringe cover has a needle mounting portion configured to mount a puncture needle to the distal end portion of the syringe cover, a fastening dowel that can be attached to and removed from the inner case, and a convex portion that protrudes radially from the center axis of the syringe cover.

80. The medication administering device according to claim 76,

wherein the distal end cap has a guide tab used for attachment and removal and for positioning with the main body, and an engagement protrusion that engages with the convex portion that protrudes radially from the center axis of the syringe cover.

81. The medication administering device according to claim 76,

wherein the syringe cover is simultaneously mounted to the inner case by mounting the distal end cap to the main body.

82. A medication administering device, to which a preparation syringe containing a preparation is mounted, and which administers a preparation to a living body, said device comprising:

a main body;

a syringe cover to which is removably attached a needle portion that includes a needle that pierces into the living body in order to administer the preparation, and a cap that covers the needle; and

a distal end cap that covers all or part of the syringe cover, that is removably fitted together with the main body, that has a distal end opening through which the needle slides, and with which the cap is moved to the distal end side when the cap of the needle portion is removed through the distal end opening, so that the cap is removed.

83. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap has an opening at both ends, and

the inner shape of the distal end opening at a first end that comes into contact with the living body is different from the inner shape of the opening at a second end.

84. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap is formed so that the inner shape of the distal end opening that comes into contact with the living body has different lateral and longitudinal widths.

85. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the inner shape of the distal end opening of the distal end cap has a tapered shape so that when the needle is taken out with the fingers, the fingers gripping the needle are rotated around the axis of the needle, which moves the needle away in the direction of removal.

86. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the inner shape of the distal end opening of the distal end cap is a combination of a substantially circular shape and a slotted hole shape.

87. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap has an external cross sectional shape that is polyhedral, elliptical, or substantially triangular.

88. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the side face of the distal end cap has at least one cut-out or window that is formed from a transparent or semitransparent member, so that the preparation in the preparation syringe containing the preparation and mounted to the main body can be checked visually.

89. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap has a guide that engages at a specific position of the main body, and is removably attached to the main body by rotating.

90. The medication administering device according to claim 89,

wherein, when the distal end cap is mounted at a specific position of the main body, a display component provided to the surface portion of the main body is disposed in the same plane as a window provided to the side face of the distal end cap.

91. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein a mark is provided configured to mount alignment between distal end cap and the main body.

92. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end opening of the distal end cap has a three-dimensionally curved shape that allows a finger to be inserted.

93. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap is constituted by a plurality of members, and

at least one of the members can rotate around a center axis that is a direction parallel to the direction in which the medication is administered.

94. The medication administering device according to claim 93,

wherein the distal end shape of the one rotatable member of the distal end cap is the same as or similar to the distal end shape of the other fixed members of the distal end cap, and

when administration with the preparation syringe is carried out, the one rotatable member and the other fixed members are constituted so that the distal end portion is flat at a specific angle.

95. The medication administering device according to claim 93,

wherein the distal end shape of the one rotatable member of the distal end cap is the same as or similar to the distal end shape of the other fixed members of the distal end cap, and

when the needle and needle cap used to administer the preparation syringe are removed, the one rotatable member and the other fixed members are configured such that the unevenness of the distal end portion of the distal end cap will be maximized so that a finger can be inserted at a different specific angle at which these distal end shapes coincide.

96. The medication administering device according to claim 82,

wherein the distal end cap is made up of a plurality of members, the plurality of members are biased by an elastic member, and when a finger is inserted, the plurality of members are pressed and can move so as to open outward.
