1. A microneedle for delivering active agent or agents, the microneedle comprising:
- a body having a base at one end thereof and a tip portion at the other end thereof;
a pair of projections connected to a side of the body and having a base at one end thereof and a tip portion at the other end thereof; and
a vertical groove defined by the body and the pair of projections;
wherein the distance between outer edges of the pair of projections is formed to become smaller towards the tip portion than the distance between outer edges of the body, and the upper end of each of the pair of projections is shorter than that of the body such that a free space is formed between the outer edges of the body and the pair of projections.

The present invention relates to a microneedle for delivering active agent or agents.
