Abstract

Provided are a blood collecting puncture device having high safety which can hygienically maintain the inside of a magazine and prevent infection, and the magazine. A blood collecting puncture device (100) has a blood collecting puncture device body (101) removably incorporating a magazine (107) for housing lancets for puncturing human skin. The blood collecting puncture device body (101) has a first housing section (501) for housing not-yet-used lancets (303) and a second housing section (507) for housing used lancets to be disposed of. When a rotor (402) is rotated, individual lancets are sequentially conveyed on a one-by-one basis to a stock position (502), a puncture position (503), and a disposal position (504), and this causes a not-yet-used lancet to be housed in the first housing section (501) and also causes a used lancet to be housed in the second housing section (507), so that the lancets are separately housed in spaces isolated from each other.

Claims

1. A blood sampling puncturing device that removably incorporates a magazine in which a plurality of lancets each having a needle to puncture skin are stored,

wherein the magazine separately stores lancets before use and lancets after use in spaces isolated from one another.

2. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 1, wherein the magazine has a first storing section that stores the lancets before use and a second storing section that stores the lancets after use.

3. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 2, further comprising one or more holding positions to hold the lancets taken out from the magazine.

The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 3, wherein the holding positions include a stocking position to prepare and hold a lancet before puncturing taken out from the magazine, a puncturing position for puncturing and a discarding position to hold the lancet after puncturing to be stored in the magazine.

5. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 4, further comprising a rotation rotor that holds and rotates the lancets,

wherein the lancets are conveyed one-by-one to the stocking position, the puncturing position and the discarding position in sequence by rotating the rotation rotor.

6. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 5, wherein the rotation rotor has a rotation limiting section that limits rotation to only one direction.

7. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 6, wherein the rotation rotor rotates clockwise or counterclockwise about a rotation axis.

8. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 5, wherein the rotation rotor has a plurality of lancet holding holes.

9. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 8, wherein the lancet holding holes are arranged at even intervals or equiangularly.

10. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 5, further comprising:

a needle feeding lever to separate one-by-one the lancets before use stored in the magazine and hold a lancet in the stocking position; and

a stopper to lock the needle feeding lever.

11. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 5, further comprising a puncturing section that performs a puncturing operation with the lancet in the puncturing position.

12. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 11, wherein the puncturing section includes:

a plunger;

a spring that biases the plunger in a puncturing direction;

a charging lever that sets the lancet in an ejecting position; and

a puncturing button to eject the lancet.

13. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 12, wherein, when the lancet is conveyed to the puncturing position by the rotation rotor, the plunger holds the lancet.

14. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 13, wherein:

the lancet is composed of a needle and a protective cap that protects the needle; and

when the plunger holds the lancet, the spring is charged by moving the charging lever and the protective cap of the lancet is separated by cooperation of the rotation rotor and the plunger.

15. The blood sampling puncturing device according to claim 5, further comprising a discarding rib that operates to separate the lancet after puncturing from the rotation rotor in conjunction with an operation to rotate the rotation rotor from the discarding position to the stocking position,

wherein the discarding rib operates to store the lancet after puncturing in the second storing section.

16. A magazine mounted in a blood sampling puncturing device that punctures skin using a needle,

wherein the magazine stores a plurality of lancets each having the needle, and separately stores lancets before use and lancets after use in spaces apart from one another.

17. The magazine according to claim 16, further comprising:

a first storing section that stores the lancets before use; and

a second storing section that stores the lancet after use.

18. The magazine according to claim 16, further comprising a discarding rib that separates a lancet after use from a rotation rotor in the blood sampling puncturing device when the magazine is mounted in the blood sampling puncturing device.

19. The magazine according to claim 17, wherein the second storing section includes a partition plate that opens and closes when the lancet after use is stored.

20. The magazine according to claim 16, further comprising a slit or a check window that allows check on a remaining number of the lancets before use.

21. The magazine according to claim 16, wherein the lancets before use are stored in the first storing section such that the lancets are aligned parallel with each other.

22. The magazine according to claim 16, further comprising:

an opening part that is formed in a side of a magazine body, the side is mounted to the blood sampling puncturing device; and

a magazine cap mounted to cover the opening part when the magazine is not mounted in the blood sampling puncturing device.
