1. A pneumatic tire comprising:
- an outer diameter and a total width being set to fall within ranges from 0 mm to 6 mm with respect to lower limits of standard dimensions in a state where the pneumatic tire is fitted to a standard rim and a normal internal pressure is applied;
a tread ground contact width at 60% load being set to fall within a range from 60% to 75% of the total width; and
a plurality of recesses being provided over a tire circumferential direction and a tire radial direction in a region defined on a tire outer surface excluding an area extending from an inner side end portion of the pneumatic tire to a position within 35% height of a tire cross-section height.
