In the analyzing device 1 having a connector portion 4 having a terminal to be brought into contact with a terminal of the analyzing instrument 2, the disposal mechanism 4 is arranged below the connector portion 4.

21. An analyzing device which fits an analyzing instrument thereinto for use and has a disposal mechanism which disposes of the analyzing instrument after completion of analysis,
wherein the disposal mechanism has a moving body which has a contacting portion brought into close contact with the analyzing instrument and can be reciprocated between a standby position and a disposal position which can dispose of the analyzing instrument, wherein when a load is inputted by the contacting portion and the moving body is moved from the standby position to the disposal position, the analyzing instrument is moved together with the moving body.
