- b) a memory for storing permanent data of the device and its owner and unique temporary data regarding an impending specific transaction;
c) a wireless transceiver for being in data communication with the credit company through a point of sale;
d) one or more input components for allowing said owner to input data essential for performing said transaction;
e) a processor for controlling the operation of said card device; and
f) a power source for supplying DC power to said card device.

8. A method for performing safe credit card transactions, comprising:
