Abstract

In the MS apparatus for performing scheduling, a reception module receives any number information through a specific downlink channel in a first time unit from each of neighbor BSs. A scheduling module determines, among the neighbor BSs, a BS which is to transmit and receive data using a downlink data transmission region and an uplink data reception region, respectively, in a second time unit according to a previously set rule based on the number information. A transmission module transmits a signal, indicating that data transmission and reception using the downlink transmission region and uplink data reception region, respectively, in the second time unit are not possible, to the other neighbor BSs excluding the determined BS among the neighbor BSs.

Claims

1. A method for scheduling, at a mobile station (MS), data transmission and reception of neighbor base stations (BSs) adjacent to the MS in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

receiving number information through a specific downlink channel in a first time unit from each of the neighbor BSs;

determining, among the neighbor BSs, a BS which is to transmit and receive data in a second time unit, according to a predefined rule based on the number information; and

transmitting a signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, to the other neighbor BSs excluding the determined BS among the neighbor BSs.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the MS transmits the signal, indicating that the data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, using a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the predefined rule is determining a BS which transmits a smallest number as the BS which is to transmit and receive data in the second time unit, by comparing the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs.

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the time unit is any one of one subframe, one slot, two or more subframes, and two or more slots.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the wireless communication system uses a time division duplex (TDD) or frequency division duplex (FDD) scheme.

6. The method according to claim 1, further comprising transmitting a collision indicator indicating that the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs collides in the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the collision indicator is transmitted through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit, or a random access channel in the first time unit.

8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs is periodically transmitted to the MS in a subframe unit.

9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs is discriminated by a frequency region or a code in the specific downlink channel of the first time unit.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the reception of the number information includes receiving number information through the specific downlink channel for N times in first to N_th time units from the neighbor BSs, and wherein the determination of the BS includes determining the BS which is to transmit and receive data in N_th to 2N_th time units, based on the number information received for the N times.

11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the determining the BS further comprising:

determining a first BS which is to transmit and receive data in N+1_th to 2N_th time units, based on at least one of number information received for 1_th to M_th time units (where M≦

N); and

determining a second BS which is to transmit and receive data in N+1_th to 2N_th time units, based on at least one of number information received for M+1_th to N_th time units (N is integer greater than or equal to

     2).

12. A mobile station (MS) apparatus for scheduling data transmission and reception of neighbor base stations (BSs) in a wireless communication system, the MS apparatus comprising:

a reception module for receiving number information through a specific downlink channel in a first time unit from each of the neighbor BSs;

a scheduling module for determining, among the neighbor BSs, a BS which is to transmit and receive data in a second time unit according to a predefined rule based on the number information; and

a transmission module for transmitting a signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, to the other neighbor BSs excluding the determined BS among the neighbor BSs.

The MS apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the transmission module transmits the signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

14. The MS apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the predefined rule is determining a BS which transmits a smallest number as the BS which is to transmit and receive data in the second time unit, by comparing the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs.

15. The MS apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the transmission module further transmits a collision indicator indicating that the number information transmitted by the neighbor BSs collides in the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

16. The MS apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the collision indicator is transmitted through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit, or a random access channel in the first time unit.

17. The MS apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the number information received by the reception module is discriminated by a frequency region or a code in the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

The MS module according to claim 12, wherein the reception module further receives number information through the specific downlink channel for N times in first to N_th time units from the neighbor BSs, and wherein the scheduling module further determines a BS which is to transmit and receive data in N_th to 2N_th time units, based on the number information received for the N times.

19. The MS apparatus according to claim 18, wherein the scheduling module includes:

a first determination module for determining a first BS which is to transmit and receive data N+1_th to 2N_th time units, based on at least one of number information received for M time units (where M≦

N); and

a second determination module for determining a second BS which is to transmit and receive data in the N+1_th to 2N_th time units subsequent to the N time units, based on at least one of number information received for M+1_th to N_th time units (N is integer greater than or equal to

     2).

20. A method for transmitting data, at a base station (BS), in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

transmitting number information to a mobile station (MS) through a specific downlink channel in a first time unit; and

transmitting data in a second time unit if a signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, is not received.

21. The method according to claim 20, wherein the BS receives the signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

22. The method according to claim 20, wherein the time unit is any one of one subframe, one slot, two or more subframes, and two or more slots.

23. The method according to claim 20, wherein the wireless communication system uses a time division duplex (TDD) or frequency division duplex (FDD) scheme.

24. The method according to claim 20, further comprising receiving, from the MS, a collision indicator indicating that the number information transmitted by the BS collides with number information transmitted by another BS in the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

25. The method according to claim 24, wherein the collision indicator is received through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit, or a random access channel in the first time unit.

26. The method according to claim 20, wherein the BS periodically transmits the number information to the MS in a subframe unit.

27. The method according to claim 20, wherein the number information transmitted by the BS is discriminated by a frequency region or a code in the specific downlink channel region in the first time unit.

28. A base station (BS) apparatus for transmitting data in a wireless communication system, the BS apparatus comprising:

a first transmission module for transmitting number information to a mobile station (MS) through a specific downlink channel in a first time unit;

a reception module for receiving, from the MS, a signal indicating that data transmission and receiving in a second time unit are not possible; and

a second transmission module for transmitting data in the second time unit, when a signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, is not received from the reception module.

29. The BS apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the reception module receives, from the MS, the signal, indicating that data transmission and reception in the second time unit are not possible, through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

30. The BS apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the time unit is any one of one subframe, one slot, two or more subframes, and two or more slots.

31. The BS apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the reception module further receives, from the MS, a collision indicator indicating that the number information transmitted by the first transmission module collides with number information transmitted by another BS in the specific downlink channel in the first time unit.

32. The BS apparatus according to claim 31, wherein the reception module receives the collision indicator through a specific uplink channel in the first time unit corresponding to the specific downlink channel in the first time unit, or a random access channel in the first time unit.

33. The BS apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the first transmission module periodically transmits the number information to the MS in a subframe unit.

34. The BS apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the number information transmitted by the first transmission module is discriminated as a frequency region or a code in the specific downlink channel region in the first time unit.
