a. inserting an elongated device into a patient through a natural orifice and into a stomach of the patient; b. placing a distal end of said elongated device adjacent a treatment site within the stomach; c. forming a bleb within said stomach at said treatment site injecting a fluid between the submucosal and muscularis layers at said target site; and d. delivering at least one space occupying member through said elongated device adjacent said treatment site and implanting said at least one space occupying member within said bleb.
