Abstract

The circuit arrangement according to the invention comprises a measuring apparatus that measures an electrical connection, and also one or more conductor patterns. The conductor pattern is connected to the measuring apparatus using an adaptor component, which fits the impedance produced by the conductor pattern to be suitable for the measuring apparatus.

15. Apparatus, which comprises one or more conductor patterns (1), measuring means (3) for measuring the impedance produced by electrical connection between conductor pattern and its environment and adaptor means (5) for adapting the impedance produced by the connection between the conductor pattern (1) and its environment to the aforementioned measuring means (3) characterized in that:

measuring range of the aforementioned measuring means (3) without the adaptor means (5) is outside the range of impedance produced by the conductor pattern (1),

the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are adapted to fit the impedance of the conductor pattern (1) connected to the measuring means (3) to be of suitable impedance for the measuring means.

16. Apparatus according to claim 15, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) comprise one or more capacitors.

17. Apparatus according to claim 15, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are connected in series with the aforementioned conductor pattern (1).

18. Apparatus according to claim 15, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are suited for measuring means (3), the capacitance measuring range of which extends to at most 100 pF.

19. Arrangement according to claim 18, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are at their largest suited for connecting to a conductor pattern (1) that produces at least 101 pF capacitance.

20. Apparatus according to claim 16, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are connected in series with the aforementioned conductor pattern (1).

21. Apparatus according to claim 16, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are suited for measuring means (3), the capacitance measuring range of which extends to at most 100 pF.

22. Apparatus according to claim 17, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are suited for measuring means (3), the capacitance measuring range of which extends to at most 100 pF.

23. Arrangement according to claim 21, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are at their largest suited for connecting to a conductor pattern (1) that produces at least 101 pF capacitance.

24. Arrangement according to claim 22, characterized in that the aforementioned adaptor means (5) are at their largest suited for connecting to a conductor pattern (1) that produces at least 101 pF capacitance.
