a plurality of branches extending distally from the flexible shaft, a first one of the branches including a second lumen extending therethrough between a first branch proximal end open to the first lumen and a first branch distal end open to an exterior of the catheter, a second one of the branches including a third lumen extending therethrough between a second branch proximal end open to the first lumen and a second branch distal end open to an exterior of the catheter.
