First Claim
1. A window comprising at least one pane of glass or plastic, anda sunlight responsive thermochromic (SRT) device including a layer of a thermochromic material that reversibly increases in its absorption of visible and NIR radiation when the temperature of the thermochromic material increases, a pair of transparent substrates, the layer of the thermochromic material being interposed between the substrates to form a laminate;
