1. A method of manufacturing an electrode substrate, comprising the steps of:
- applying a carbon nanotube-dispersed solution containing a low-molecular-weight dispersant onto a polymer substrate to form a the carbon nanotube-dispersant mixing layer;
washing the carbon nanotube-dispersant mixing layer to remove the low-molecular-weight dispersant;
impregnating the polymer substrate including the carbon nanotube-dispersant mixing layer from which the low-molecular-weight dispersant was removed with a polymer resin solution; and
taking out the polymer substrate from the polymer resin solution and then drying the polymer substrate.
