Abstract

The invention relates to a device (1) for detecting vital signs comprising a sensor (2) and a power supply module (3), which sensor (2) has at least one detection means (5, 6, 7, 8) configured to detect a vital sign from the group comprising oxygen content of the blood, body temperature, skin moisture, conductivity of the skin, pulse, and a first (10) communication module, and the power supply module (3) has a second communication module (20) and a power source (21), and a wireless communication link (4) exists between the first (10) and second communication module (20), and the sensor (2) is provided in the form of an elastically deformable, rebounding thin-film sensor, and the communication link (4) is configured for transmitting power and measured values or measurement data.

Claims

1. A device for detecting vital signs, comprising a sensor and a power supply module, the sensor has at least one detection means designed to detect a vital sign from the group comprising oxygen content of the blood, body temperature, skin moisture, conductivity of the skin, pulse, and a first communication module, and the power supply module has a second communication module and a power source, and a wireless communication link exists between the first and second communication module, wherein the sensor is provided in the form of a thin-film sensor and the communication link is configured to transmit power and measured values or measurement data.

2. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the first communication link is provided in the form of the near field of the skin.

3. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the means for detecting the oxygen content of the blood is provided in the form of at least one source of electromagnetic radiation and an electromagnetic radiation detector.

4. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the detection means is provided in the form of organic and/or inorganic semiconductor components.

5. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the sensor is provided in the form of a flat support layer on which the detection means is disposed.

6. The detection device according to claim 5, wherein the support layer is of a transparent or semi-transparent design.

7. The detection device according to claim 5, wherein the detection means is printed onto a flat face of the support layer.

8. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the sensor is designed as a cuff.

9. The detection device according to claim 8, wherein the cuff has a closure element designed to emit a trigger signal.

10. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the first communication module has a storage for electrical power.

11. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the first and second communication module has a transmitter and/or receiver device for electromagnetic radiation.

12. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the power source is provided in the form of an element from the group comprising chemical elements, an inorganic or organic solar cell.

13. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the power supply module has an evaluation device.

14. The detection device according to claim 13, wherein the evaluation device comprises a control unit and a memory.

15. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the power supply module has a third communication module.

16. The detection device according to claim 15, wherein the third communication module is configured to establish a data link to a data distant end of a data analysis unit.

17. The detection device according to claim 15, wherein the third communication module has a memory module.

18. The detection device according to one claim 1, wherein the power supply module may be disposed in or on the user'"'"'s clothing.

19. The detection device according to claim 1, wherein the power supply module is configured to activate the sensor.
