Abstract

The present invention relates to a hair treatment appliance (1) having a handle (3), a functional head (4) which can be connected to the handle (3) and has a hair treatment device (5), and also an ion application device (9) for applying ions to the hair, said ion application device having at least one ion outlet (11), wherein the functional head (4) and the handle (3) also in each case have an electrically conductive area on an outer face of the component and the electrically conductive area of the functional head (4) and the electrically conductive area of the handle (3) are electrically conductively connected to one another.

Claims

1. A hair treatment device having a handle (3), a function head (4) that can be connected to the handle (3) and that has a hair treatment device (5), and an ion-discharging device (9) for discharging ions onto the hair having at least one ion outlet (11), characterized in that the function head (4) and the handle each have an electrically conductive surface on the outside of a component, and the electrically conductive surface of the function head and the electrically conductive surface of the handle are connected to one another in electrically conductive fashion.

2. The hair treatment device according to the preceding claim, wherein the function head (4) has a nonconductive body part and/or housing wall part preferably made of plastic.

3. The hair treatment device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the electrically conductive surface (21) on the function head (4) surrounds the hair treatment device (5) at least in some segments, and/or is situated immediately adjacent to the hair treatment device (5).

4. The hair treatment device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the function head (4) has a nonconductive body having at least two oppositely situated side surfaces, the two side surfaces each having an electrically conductive surface (21).

5. The hair treatment device according to the preceding claim, wherein an additional, third side surface, for example the end face, also has an electrically conductive surface.

The hair treatment device according to the preceding claim, wherein the electrically conductive surface of the function head and the electrically conductive surface of the handle are electrically conductively connected via a conductor, and this conductor runs on the outside of the component of the function head and/or on the outside of the component of the handle.

The hair treatment device according to any one of claims 1 through 5, wherein the electrically conductive surface of the function head and the electrically conductive surface of the handle are electrically conductively connected via a conductor, and this conductor runs on the inside of the component and/or in the interior of the component of the function head and/or on the inside of the component and/or in the interior of the component of the handle.

8. The hair care device according to the preceding claim, wherein the orifice side (14) of the ion outlet (11) is fashioned so as not to have counter-electrodes.

The hair care device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein an ion-guiding mechanism is provided in the vicinity of the ion outlet (11) that comprises separate housing components (108a, 108b) of which at least one is provided with a grounding surface and at least one further one is fashioned without such a grounding surface.

10. The hair care device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one grounding surface (21, 22, 122) is situated on a component surface of the device that faces away from the ion cloud exiting from the ion outlet (11).

11. The hair care device according to one of the two preceding claims, wherein the electrically conductive surface of the function head (4) acts as a grounding surface (21, 22, 122).

12. The hair care device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one ion outlet (11) is situated on a back side of the device (8) facing away from the hair treatment device (5).

13. The hair care device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one ion outlet (11) is situated with its main exit direction (18) inclined to the surface of the back side of the device (8) at an angle of 0°

to 45°

, preferably 0°

to 30°

.

The hair care device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one ion outlet (11), or all the ion outlets (11), are situated in an edge area of the back side of the function head (4), such that an ion cloud arising over the back side of the function head can be produced.

15. The hair care device according to the preceding claim, wherein the function head (4) and/or the hair processing device (5) is fashioned so as to be detachable from the main body of the device (2) that forms the handle (3).
