Abstract
The invention relates to a method for discharging a high voltage network (2) in a vehicle, the high voltage network (2) comprising at least one energy store (1) and a plurality of high voltage consumers (3). For discharging the high voltage network (2), the electrical energy store (1) is first separated from the remaining on-board power supply system (2) and at least one of the high voltage consumers (3) is switched on so that the charge stored in the network is discharged via the consumers (3).
