Abstract

Disclosed are a light emitting device, a light emitting device package and a lighting system. The light emitting device of the embodiment includes a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer and an active layer between the first and second conductive semiconductor layers; a second electrode under the second conductive semiconductor layer; a first texture over a first region of the first conductive semiconductor layer; an A-electrode over the first region of the first conductive semiconductor layer; and a B-electrode over a second region of the first conductive semiconductor layer, wherein the B-electrode includes a pad electrode connected to a wire.

Claims

1. A light emitting device comprising:

a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer and an active layer between the first and second conductive semiconductor layers;

a second electrode under the second conductive semiconductor layer;

a first texture over a first region of the first conductive semiconductor layer;

an A-electrode over the first region of the first conductive semiconductor layer; and

a B-electrode over a second region of the first conductive semiconductor layer, wherein the B-electrode includes a pad electrode connected to a wire.

2. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the A-electrode is formed on the first texture.

3. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the B-electrode is formed on a predetermined region of the first conductive semiconductor layer where the first texture is not formed.

4. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second texture under the B-electrode.

5. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a concentration of the second texture under the B-electrode is lower than a concentration of the first texture under the A-electrode.

6. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first texture formed on the first region of the first conductive semiconductor layer includes a periodic pattern or a non-periodic roughness.

7. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a width of the second region having no texture corresponds to a width of the B-electrode.

8. The light emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an area of the second region having no texture is in a range of ±

5% based on an area of the B-electrode.

9. A light emitting device package including

the light emitting device of claim 1 and further comprising a package body and third and fourth electrode layers provided on the package body, the light emitting device electrically connected to the third and fourth electrodes.

10. A lighting system comprising:

a substrate; and

a light emitting module including a light emitting device package over the substrate, wherein the light emitting device package comprises;

a package body;

third and fourth electrode layers over the package body; and

a light emitting device electrically connected to the third and fourth electrodes.
