1. A method for transmitting a downlink signal in a Frequency Division (FD) type base station, the method comprising:
- transmitting a second downlink control channel specific to a second base station, when a first downlink control channel specific to a first base station is completely transmitted on a entire frequency band in a subframe, in a remaining region except a predetermined transmission region of a first downlink shared channel specific to a first base station in the subframe; and
transmitting a second downlink shared channel including data of a second base station in the remaining region, when the second downlink control channel is completely transmitted.
