Abstract

The present invention relates to an electromagnetically-countered system including at least one wave source irradiating harmful electromagnetic waves and at least one counter unit emitting counter electromagnetic waves for countering the harmful waves by such counter waves. More particularly, the present invention relates to generic counter units of electromagnetically-countered systems and to various mechanisms for countering the harmful waves by the counter units such as, e.g., by matching configurations of the counter units with those of the wave sources, matching shapes of such counter waves with shapes of the harmful waves, and the like. The present invention also relates to various methods of countering the harmful waves with the counter waves by such source matching or wave matching and various methods of providing the counter units as well as counter waves. The present invention further relates to various processes for providing such systems, such counter units thereof, and the like. The present invention relates to various electric and/or magnetic shields which may be used alone or in conjunction with such counter units to minimize irradiation of the harmful waves from the system.

Claims

1. A system capable of countering harmful electromagnetic waves in a target space by at least one of canceling said harmful waves therein and suppressing said harmful waves from propagating theretoward, wherein said system includes at least one wave source which incorporates at least one base unit irradiating said harmful waves which define preset wave characteristics and including only portions of said wave source responsible for at least one of said irradiating and affecting propagation paths of said harmful waves therethrough, said system made by a process comprising the steps of:

forming at least one counter unit;

disposing said counter unit;

supplying electric energy to said counter unit;

emitting from said counter unit counter electromagnetic waves; and

manipulating at least one of said forming, disposing, supplying, and emitting for at least partially matching wave characteristics of at least a portion of said counter waves with said characteristics of at least a portion of said harmful waves, thereby performing said countering to a preset extent.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein said forming comprises at least one of the steps of:

fabricating said counter unit in a configuration simpler than that of said base unit;

fabricating said counter unit in a configuration more complex than that of said base unit;

fabricating said counter unit for matching at least one of its shape, size, and configuration at least partially with that of at least a portion of said base unit;

fabricating said counter unit for matching at least one of its shape, size, and configuration at least partially with that of at least a portion of said harmful waves; and

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves for matching at least a portion of their wavefronts with at least a portion of wavefronts of said harmful waves; and

providing a plurality of said base units and fabricating said counter unit for matching at least one of its shape, size, and configuration at least partially with shapes, sizes, and configurations of at least two of said base units.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein said forming comprises one of the steps of:

fabricating at least a portion of said counter unit as an analog of at least a portion of said base unit;

fabricating at least a portion of said counter unit as a mirror image of said analog;

fabricating at least a portion of said counter unit as an inverse analog of at least a portion of said base unit; and

fabricating at least a portion of said counter unit as a mirror image of said inverse analog.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein said forming comprises one of the steps of:

extending said counter unit to be at least one of taller, longer, and wider than said base unit;

squeezing said counter unit to be at least one of shorter and narrower than said base unit;

adaptively changing at least one of a height, a length, and a width of said counter unit based on said characteristics of at least a portion of said harmful waves; and

adaptively changing at least one of a height, a length, and a width of said counter unit based on at least one of a shape of said target space, a size thereof, a position thereof, and a distance from said counter unit to said target space.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein said disposing comprises at least one of the steps of:

aligning at least a portion of said counter unit with at least a portion of said base unit;

arranging at least a portion of said counter unit for at least partially matching at least a portion of said base unit;

orienting at least a portion of said counter unit along at least a portion of said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit along at least a portion of said base unit;

positioning at least a portion of said counter unit to at least partially match one of symmetry and asymmetry of at least a portion of said base unit; and

positioning at least a portion of said counter units to at least partially match at least a portion of wavefronts of said counter waves with at least a portion of wavefronts of said harmful waves.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein said disposing comprises at least one of the steps of:

providing a plurality of said counter units and arranging at least two thereof in a configuration simpler than that of said base unit;

providing a plurality of said counter units and arranging at least two thereof in a configuration more complex than that of said base unit;

providing a plurality of said counter units and arranging at least two thereof to match at least one of their shapes, sizes, and configurations at least partially with that of at least a portion of said base unit; and

providing a plurality of said counter units and base units and arranging at least two of said counter units to match at least one of their shapes, sizes, and configurations at least partially with those of at least two of said base units.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein said disposing comprises at least one of the steps of:

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit closer to said target space than said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit farther from said space than said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit at a similar distance from said target space as said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit above said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit below said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit in a similar elevation as said base unit one of above and below said target space;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit concentrically with respect to said base unit;

enclosing at least a portion of said counter unit by at least a portion of said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit in said base unit; and

pairing at least a portion of said counter unit with said base unit.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein said disposing comprises one of the steps of:

fixedly coupling said counter unit to at least one of said system and target space; and

configuring said counter unit to be mobile and moving said counter unit from one to another of a plurality of positions defined with respect to at least one of said system and target space.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein said disposing comprises one of the steps of:

positioning said counter unit between said target space and base unit;

positioning said counter unit on an opposite side of said space with respect to said base unit;

positioning said counter unit in a first distance from a center of said target space, wherein said first distance is neither substantially greater nor substantially less than a second distance between said base unit and said center of said target space; and

positioning said counter unit in a third distance from a center of said target place, wherein said third distance is one of substantially greater and substantially less than said second distance,

10. The system of claim 1, wherein said supplying comprises at least one of the steps of:

controlling a direction of electric current flowing in at least one of said base and counter units;

controlling a magnitude of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a frequency of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a phase angle of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a direction of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a magnitude of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a frequency of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a phase angle of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units; and

controlling a sequence of said electric current through each of said units.

11. The system of claim 1, wherein said supplying comprises one of the steps of:

providing a source of said energy and then supplying said energy to said counter unit for said emitting as well as to said base unit for said irradiating;

providing a source of said electric energy and then supplying said energy to said counter unit for said emitting but not to said base unit for said irradiating;

fabricating said base unit to supply said energy to said counter unit for said emitting; and

providing said counter unit with an own source of said energy for said emitting,

wherein said providing and fabricating are performed through at least one of a wired electrical connection and a wireless electrical connection.

12. The system of claim 1, wherein said supplying comprises at least one of the steps of:

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining preset wave characteristics;

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves with wavefronts which define preset wave characteristics;

fabricating said counter unit to vary at least one of said wave characteristics of said counter waves in response to a change in at least one of said wave characteristics of said harmful waves;

fabricating said counter unit to change at least a portion of said wavefronts of said counter waves in response to a change in at least a portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves; and

fabricating said counter unit to vary at least another portion of said wavefronts of said counter waves in response to changes in at least another portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves.

13. The system of claim 1, wherein said supplying comprises at least one of the steps of:

fabricating said counter unit to constantly perform said emitting;

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves based on an user command;

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves when said harmful waves propagate into said target space;

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves as an intensity of said harmful waves exceeds a preset limit in at least a portion of said target space; and

fabricating said counter unit to emit said counter waves as an intensity of said harmful waves exceeds a preset limit in an entire portion of said target space.

14. The system of claim 1, wherein said emitting comprises one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining frequency spanning an entire frequency range of said harmful waves; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining frequency spanning only a portion of and not an entire frequency range of said harmful waves.

15. The system of claim 1 incorporating said base unit for a preset purpose, wherein said emitting comprises one of the steps of:

performing said emitting for not said purpose at all but only for said countering;

performing said emitting for coincidentally serving said purpose at least by a minimal amount;

performing said emitting for not only said purpose but also for said countering; and

performing said emitting for at least partially against said purpose; and

performing said emitting for completely against said purpose.

16. The system of claim 1, wherein said manipulating includes the steps of:

performing said forming in at least one of a geometric relation, a spatial relation, and a temporal relation with respect to at least one of said base unit, harmful waves, and target space; and

changing at least a portion of said relation for said manipulating.

17. The system of claim 16, wherein said changing comprises at least one of the steps of:

changing a shape of at least a portion of said counter unit; and

changing a configuration of at least a portion of said counter unit. disposing at least one substance defining a magnetic permeability different from that of at least one of said counter unit, base unit, and target space around at least a portion of said counter unit; and

disposing said substance between said counter unit and at least one of said base unit and target space.

18. The system of claim 1, wherein said manipulating includes the steps of:

performing said disposing in at least one of a geometric relation, spatial relation, and temporal relation with respect to at least one of said base unit, harmful waves, and target space; and

changing at least a portion of said relation for said manipulating.

19. The system of claim 18, wherein said changing comprises at least one of the steps of:

changing an alignment of at least a portion of said counter unit;

changing an arrangement of at least a portion of said counter unit;

changing an orientation of at least a portion of said counter unit;

changing a disposition of at least a portion of said counter unit;

changing a distance from at least a portion of said counter unit to at least one of said base unit and target space;

changing an angle of at least a portion of said counter unit with respect to at least one of said base unit and target space;

changing a symmetry of at least a portion of said counter unit with respect to at least one of said base unit and target space;

disposing at least one substance defining a magnetic permeability different from that of at least one of said counter unit, base unit, and target space around at least a portion of said counter unit; and

disposing said substance between said counter unit and at least one of said base unit and target space.

20. The system of claim 1, wherein said manipulating includes the steps of:

performing said supplying in at least one of a geometric relation, spatial relation, and temporal relation with respect to at least one of said base unit, harmful waves, and target space; and

changing at least a portion of said relation for said manipulating.

21. The system of claim 20, wherein said changing comprises at least one of the steps of:

changing a direction of electric current flowing in at least one of said base and counter units;

changing a magnitude of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

changing a frequency of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

changing a phase angle of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

changing a direction of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

changing a magnitude of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

changing a frequency of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

changing a phase angle of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

changing a sequence of said electric current through each of said units;

disposing at least one substance defining a magnetic permeability different from that of at least one of said counter unit, base unit, and target space around at least a portion of said counter unit; and

disposing said substance between said counter unit and at least one of said base unit and target space.

22. The system of claim 1, wherein said manipulating includes the steps of:

performing said emitting in at least one of a geometric relation, a spatial relation, and a temporal relation with respect to at least one of said base unit, harmful waves, and target space; and

changing at least a portion of said relation for said manipulating.

23. The system of claim 1, wherein said matching comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a first region defined at a center of said base unit;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a second region defined near said base unit;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a third region defined around said base unit;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a fourth region between said base unit and target space;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a fifth region defined at a center of said target space;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a sixth region defined near said target space;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a seventh region defined around said target space;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in an eighth region which is a portion of said target space;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching in a ninth region which is an entire portion of said target space; and

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of at least one of a plurality of averages of said wave characteristics in at least one of said regions, wherein said averages include a two-dimensional spatial average, a three-dimensional spatial average, a temporal average, an arithmetic average, a geometric average, a weighted average, and an ensemble average.

24. The system of claim 1, wherein said matching comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of amplitudes of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of frequencies of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of phase angles of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of shapes of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of sizes of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of patterns of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of propagation paths of said counter waves and harmful waves; and

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching at least one harmonic of said counter waves and harmful waves.

25. The system of claim 1, wherein said matching comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a first range less than about 1 kHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a second range between about 1 kHz and about 1 MHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a third range greater than about 1 MHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching that of at least one harmonic of said harmful waves which falls in one of said ranges;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves with a harmonic defining a frequency at least partially matching that of said harmful waves defining a frequency which falls in one of said ranges; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves with a harmonic defining a frequency at least partially matching that of at least one harmonic of said harmful waves defining a frequency which falls in one of said ranges.

26. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an intensity of said harmful waves in at least a portion of said target space below a preset limit corresponding to said extent;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an intensity of said harmful waves across an entire portion of said target space below said preset limit;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an average of an intensity of said harmful waves inside said target space below said limit;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an intensity of said harmful waves in said entire target space between two preset limits corresponding to said extent;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an average of an intensity of said harmful waves in said entire target space between said two preset limits;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an intensity of said harmful waves in said entire target space below a certain percent of an intensity of said harmful waves corresponding to said extent without said countering; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves enough to maintain an average of an intensity of said harmful waves inside said target space below a certain percent of an intensity of said harmful waves corresponding to said extent without said countering.

27. The system of claim 1, wherein said canceling comprises the step of:

configuring said counter unit to manipulate a phase angle of said counter waves to be at least partially opposite to that of said harmful waves.

28. The system of claim 1, wherein said suppressing comprises the step of:

configuring said counter unit to manipulate a phase angle of said counter waves to be at least partially similar to those of said harmful waves.

29. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

forming said base unit in a shape of at least one of a sphere, a wire, a coil, a spiral, a ring, a mesh, a sheet, a strip, a cylinder, a tube, a sphere, a particle, a solenoid, a toroid, and a combination thereof;

including in said base unit at least one of an electrically conductive substance, an electrically semiconductive substance, and an electrically insulative substance; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

30. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of sound generating devices which include a cone-drive speaker, a planar speaker, a flat panel speaker, a horn speaker, a bending wave speaker, an electrostatic speaker, a piezoelectric speaker, a magnetostrictive speaker, a plasma arc speaker, a digital speaker, an earphone, a headphone, a handset of a phone, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a head-mounted device, and an audio device capable of generating said sound; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

31. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of communication devices each of which includes at least one transmitting module for transmitting signals for communication and which include a wired phone, a wireless phone, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a walkie talkie, and a head-mounted device; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

32. The system of claim 31, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

countering said harmful waves while completely obstructing said transmitting signals;

countering said harmful waves while only partially obstructing said transmitting signals;

countering said harmful waves while coincidentally facilitating said transmitting signals; and

countering said harmful waves while also transmitting said signals.

33. The system of claim 31, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

defining said target space as a 2-dimensional zone with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space as a 3-dimensional zone defined with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space along at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least one side of said counter unit;

defining said target space lateral to said counter unit;

defining said target space angularly around said counter unit;

defining said target space above said counter unit;

defining said target space below said counter unit; and

defining said target space in a similar elevation as said counter unit.

34. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of transmission devices each of which includes at least one delivering module for electric current for power transmission and which include a power transmission line and a wireless power transmission device; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

35. The system of claim 34, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

countering said harmful waves while completely obstructing said delivering current;

countering said harmful waves while only partially obstructing said delivering current;

countering said harmful waves while coincidentally facilitating said delivering current; and

countering said harmful waves while also delivering said current.

36. The system of claim 34, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

defining said target space as a 2-dimensional zone with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space as a 3-dimensional zone defined with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space along at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least one side of said counter unit;

defining said target space lateral to said counter unit;

defining said target space angularly around said counter unit;

defining said target space above said counter unit;

defining said target space below said counter unit; and

defining said target space in a similar elevation as said counter unit.

37. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of force generating devices including a DC motor, an AC motor, an universal motor, a synchronous motor, an induction motor, a linear motor, an actuator capable of generating a physical movement, an electric kitchen appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric cooking appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric household appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric tool including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric hygiene device including at least one of said motors and actuator, and an electric medical device including at least one of said motors and actuator; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

38. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of electric heating devices each of which is capable of generating heat and includes at least one of a resistive heating wire, a resistive heating strip, a resistive heating sheet, a resistive heating coil, and an induction heating element and which include a personal heating appliance, a cooking appliance, and a beauty-related appliance; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

39. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of electric light emitting units which are capable of emitting at last one of infrared rays, visual light rays, and ultraviolet rays and include an incandescent bulbs, a fluorescent bulb, a CCFL, an EEFL, a CRT, a light emitting diode, a LCD, a LED, an OLED, an IOLED, an ILED, a PDP, a display unit capable of one of directly and indirectly emitting at least one of said rays, a visual device including at least one of said light emitting units, a display device including at least one of said light emitting units, a communication device including at least one of said light emitting units, an infrared ray emitting unit, and an ultraviolet ray emitting unit; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

40. The system of claim 1, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of generators which are capable of generating one of AC and DC electric current and which include an AC generator, a DC generator, a linear generator, a tachogenerator, an alternator, an adaptor, a transformer, and a fuel cell; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

41. The system of claim 1 made by a process further comprising at least one of the steps of:

providing said counter unit functioning not for said irradiating at all but only for said countering;

providing said counter unit coincidentally serving said irradiating at least by a minimal amount;

providing said counter unit functioning not only for said irradiating but also for said countering;

providing said counter unit functioning at least partially against said irradiating; and

providing said counter unit functioning completely against said irradiating.

42. The system of claim 1 made by a process further comprising at least one of the steps of:

incorporating into said counter unit at least one substance of which magnetic permeability is different from that of at least one of said base unit and target space;

incorporating around said counter unit at least one substance of which magnetic permeability is different from that of at least one of said base unit and target space;

incorporating between said counter unit and said base unit at least one substance of which magnetic permeability is different from that of at least one of said base unit and target space; and

incorporating between said counter unit and target space at least one substance of which magnetic permeability is different from that of at least one of said base unit and target space.

43. A system which includes at least one wave source with at least one base unit and is capable of decreasing inside a target space an intensity of harmful electromagnetic waves irradiated by said base unit positioned away from said target space, wherein said base unit includes only portions of said wave source responsible for at least one of irradiating said harmful waves and affecting paths of propagation of said harmful waves and wherein said harmful waves form wavefronts with preset characteristics which include at least one of a shape, a size, a pattern, an orientation, a direction and said paths, said system made by a process comprising the steps of:

incorporating into said system at least one counter unit which is capable of emitting counter electromagnetic waves toward at least one of said target space and base unit;

configuring said counter unit for at least partially matching at least a portion of wavefronts of said counter waves with at least a portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves; and

manipulating said counter unit for matching at least one of an amplitude, frequency, and phase angle of said counter waves with that of said harmful waves for countering said harmful waves by at least one of canceling said harmful waves to a preset extent in said target space and suppressing said harmful waves from propagating into said target space to said extent, thereby performing said decreasing.

44. The system of claim 43, wherein said configuring comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to align said portion of said wavefronts of said counter waves with said portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to orient said portion of said wavefronts of said counter waves to at least partially match said portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves; and

configuring said counter unit to superimpose said portion of said wavefronts of said counter waves along said portion of said wavefronts of said harmful waves.

45. The system of claim 43, wherein said configuring comprises at least one of the steps of:

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit closer to said target space than said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit farther from said space than said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit at a similar distance from said target space as said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit above said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit below said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit in a similar elevation as said base unit one of above and below said target space;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit concentrically with respect to said base unit;

enclosing at least a portion of said counter unit by at least a portion of said base unit;

disposing at least a portion of said counter unit in said base unit; and

pairing at least a portion of said counter unit with said base unit.

46. The system of claim 43, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

positioning said counter unit between said target space and base unit;

positioning said counter unit on an opposite side of said space with respect to said base unit;

positioning said counter unit in a first distance from a center of said target space, wherein said first distance is neither substantially greater nor substantially less than a second distance between said base unit and said center of said target space; and

positioning said counter unit in a third distance from a center of said target place, wherein said third distance is one of substantially greater and substantially less than said second distance,

47. The system of claim 43, wherein said configuring comprises at least one of the steps of:

controlling a direction of electric current flowing in at least one of said base and counter units;

controlling a magnitude of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a frequency of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a phase angle of electric current flowing in at least one of said units;

controlling a direction of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a magnitude of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a frequency of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units;

controlling a phase angle of electric voltage applied across at least one of said units; and

controlling a sequence of said electric current through each of said units.

48. The system of claim 43, wherein said emitting comprises one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining frequency spanning an entire frequency range of said harmful waves; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining frequency spanning only a portion of and not an entire frequency range of said harmful waves.

49. The system of claim 43, wherein said emitting comprises one of the steps of:

performing said emitting for not said purpose at all but only for said countering;

performing said emitting for coincidentally serving said purpose at least by a minimal amount;

performing said emitting for not only said purpose but also for said countering; and

performing said emitting for at least partially against said purpose; and

performing said emitting for completely against said purpose.

50. The system of claim 43, wherein said manipulating includes the steps of:

performing said incorporating in at least one of a geometric relation, a spatial relation, and a temporal relation with respect to at least one of said base unit, harmful waves, and target space; and

changing at least a portion of said relation for said manipulating.

51. The system of claim 50, wherein said changing comprises at least one of the steps of:

changing a shape of at least a portion of said counter unit; and

changing a configuration of at least a portion of said counter unit.

disposing at least one substance defining a magnetic permeability different from that of at least one of said counter unit, base unit, and target space around at least a portion of said counter unit; and

disposing said substance between said counter unit and at least one of said base unit and target space.

52. The system of claim 43, wherein said matching comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of amplitudes of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of frequencies of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of phase angles of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of shapes of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of sizes of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of patterns of wavefronts of said counter waves and harmful waves;

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching of propagation paths of said counter waves and harmful waves; and

configuring said counter unit to perform said matching at least one harmonic of said counter waves and harmful waves.

53. The system of claim 43, wherein said matching comprises at least one of the steps of:

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a first range less than about 1 kHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a second range between about 1 kHz and about 1 MHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching a frequency of said harmful waves which falls in a third range greater than about 1 MHz;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves defining a frequency at least partially matching that of at least one harmonic of said harmful waves which falls in one of said ranges;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves with a harmonic defining a frequency at least partially matching that of said harmful waves defining a frequency which falls in one of said ranges; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves with a harmonic defining a frequency at least partially matching that of at least one harmonic of said harmful waves defining a frequency which falls in one of said ranges.

54. The system of claim 43, wherein said canceling comprises the step of:

configuring said counter unit to manipulate a phase angle of said counter waves to be at least partially opposite to that of said harmful waves.

55. The system of claim 43, wherein said suppressing comprises the step of:

configuring said counter unit to manipulate a phase angle of said counter waves to be at least partially similar to those of said harmful waves.

56. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

forming said base unit in a shape of at least one of a sphere, a wire, a coil, a spiral, a ring, a mesh, a sheet, a strip, a cylinder, a tube, a sphere, a particle, a solenoid, a toroid, and a combination thereof;

including in said base unit at least one of an electrically conductive substance, an electrically semiconductive substance, and an electrically insulative substance; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

57. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of sound generating devices which include a cone-drive speaker, a planar speaker, a flat panel speaker, a horn speaker, a bending wave speaker, an electrostatic speaker, a piezoelectric speaker, a magnetostrictive speaker, a plasma arc speaker, a digital speaker, an earphone, a headphone, a handset of a phone, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a head-mounted device, and an audio device capable of generating said sound; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

58. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of communication devices each of which includes at least one transmitting module for transmitting signals for communication and which include a wired phone, a wireless phone, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a walkie talkie, and a head-mounted device; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

59. The system of claim 58, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

countering said harmful waves while completely obstructing said transmitting signals;

countering said harmful waves while only partially obstructing said transmitting signals;

countering said harmful waves while coincidentally facilitating said transmitting signals; and

countering said harmful waves while also transmitting said signals.

60. The system of claim 58, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

defining said target space as a 2-dimensional zone with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space as a 3-dimensional zone defined with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space along at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least one side of said counter unit;

defining said target space lateral to said counter unit;

defining said target space angularly around said counter unit;

defining said target space above said counter unit;

defining said target space below said counter unit; and

defining said target space in a similar elevation as said counter unit.

61. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of transmission devices each of which includes at least one delivering module for electric current for power transmission and which include a power transmission line and a wireless power transmission device; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

62. The system of claim 61, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

countering said harmful waves while completely obstructing said delivering current;

countering said harmful waves while only partially obstructing said delivering current;

countering said harmful waves while coincidentally facilitating said delivering current; and

countering said harmful waves while also delivering said current.

63. The system of claim 61, wherein said configuring comprises one of the steps of:

defining said target space as a 2-dimensional zone with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space as a 3-dimensional zone defined with respect to said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space along at least a portion of said counter unit;

defining said target space around at least one side of said counter unit;

defining said target space lateral to said counter unit;

defining said target space angularly around said counter unit;

defining said target space above said counter unit;

defining said target space below said counter unit; and

defining said target space in a similar elevation as said counter unit.

64. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of force generating devices including a DC motor, an AC motor, an universal motor, a synchronous motor, an induction motor, a linear motor, an actuator capable of generating a physical movement, an electric kitchen appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric cooking appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric household appliance including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric tool including at least one of said motors and actuator, an electric hygiene device including at least one of said motors and actuator, and an electric medical device including at least one of said motors and actuator; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

65. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of electric heating devices each of which is capable of generating heat and includes at least one of a resistive heating wire, a resistive heating strip, a resistive heating sheet, a resistive heating coil, and an induction heating element and which include a personal heating appliance, a cooking appliance, and a beauty-related appliance; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

66. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of electric light emitting units which are capable of emitting at last one of infrared rays, visual light rays, and ultraviolet rays and include an incandescent bulbs, a fluorescent bulb, a CCFL, an EEFL, a CRT, a light emitting diode, a LCD, a LED, an OLED, an IOLED, an ILED, a PDP, a display unit capable of one of directly and indirectly emitting at least one of said rays, a visual device including at least one of said light emitting units, a display device including at least one of said light emitting units, a communication device including at least one of said light emitting units, an infrared ray emitting unit, and an ultraviolet ray emitting unit; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

67. The system of claim 43, wherein said performing comprises the steps of:

incorporating said base unit into at least one of a plurality of generators which are capable of generating one of AC and DC electric current and which include an AC generator, a DC generator, a linear generator, a tachogenerator, an alternator, an adaptor, a transformer, and a fuel cell; and

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves and to counter said harmful waves therewith to said extent by at least one of said canceling and suppressing.

68. The system of claim 43 further comprising at least one of the steps of:

providing said counter unit functioning not for said irradiating at all but only for said countering;

providing said counter unit coincidentally serving said irradiating at least by a minimal amount;

providing said counter unit functioning not only for said irradiating but also for said countering;

providing said counter unit functioning at least partially against said irradiating; and

providing said counter unit functioning completely against said irradiating.

69. A system which is capable of countering harmful electromagnetic waves irradiated by at least one base unit of at least one wave source by emitting counter electromagnetic waves, by matching at least one feature of said base unit thereby, and by at least one of canceling said harmful waves with said counter waves in a target space and suppressing said harmful waves from propagating toward said target space by said counter waves, wherein said base unit is configured to have only portions of said source which are responsible for irradiating said harmful waves and also for affecting paths of said harmful waves therethrough, while said target space is defined between said system and an user, said system made by a process comprising the steps of:

arranging at least one counter unit to match said feature of said base unit;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves which are at least similar to said harmful waves due to said arranging and have phase angles one of at least partially opposite to and at least partially similar to those of said harmful waves depending upon said arranging; and

disposing said counter unit capable of propagating said counter waves toward said target space, thereby countering said harmful waves by said counter waves therein.

70. The system of claim 69, wherein said arranging comprises at least one of the steps of:

arranging said counter unit to define a configuration simpler than that of said base unit while at least minimally maintaining said feature;

arranging said counter unit to define a configuration more complex than that of said base unit while at least minimally maintaining said feature;

arranging said counter unit to define a dimension defined by a less number of unit axes than said base unit while at least minimally maintaining said feature; and

arranging said counter unit to define a dimension which is defined by a greater number of unit axes than that of said base unit while at least minimally maintaining said feature.

71. A system which is capable of countering harmful electromagnetic waves irradiated by at least one base unit of at least one wave source by emitting counter electromagnetic waves and matching said harmful waves thereby, and by at least one of canceling said harmful waves with said counter waves in a target space and suppressing said harmful waves from propagating to said target space by said counter waves, wherein said base unit is configured to include only portions of said source which are responsible for irradiating said harmful waves and affecting their paths therethrough, and wherein said target space is defined between said system and an user thereof, said system made by a process comprising the steps of:

identifying a first set of a plurality of wavefronts of said harmful waves;

disposing at least one counter unit along at least one of said wavefronts;

configuring said counter unit to emit said counter waves forming a second set of a plurality of wavefronts which are at least similar to said first set of said wavefronts in said target space due to said disposing; and

aligning said counter unit to propagate said counter waves toward said target space, thereby countering said harmful waves by said counter waves therein.

72. The system of claim 71, wherein said countering comprises the step of:

performing said countering in a territory of Korea which includes the Korean peninsula and islands including Dokdo which is in the East Sea and leodo which is in the South Sea.
