Abstract

The present invention concerns a blood withdrawal device comprising a one-piece cap and lancet and a painless impulse generator. The object of the present invention is to withdraw blood painlessly and to reduce a risk of a secondary infection. In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the blood withdrawal device of the present invention comprises a cap, a hollow body and a painless blood withdrawal device. The cap comprises a one-piece cap and lancet within which a lancet is movably combined and a hollow body for a detachable connection with a painless impulse generator or a main body of a blood withdrawal device. The hollow body comprises open ends on both side of the body thereby allowing the lancet to be detachable and the movable axis to be inserted within the body. The painless impulse generator is connected with the main body of the blood withdrawal device through a means for connecting with the main body of the blood withdrawal device defined at one side of the body thereby allowing the movement of the lancet needle and the cap by the movable axis. Therefore painless blood withdrawal is possible.

Claims

1. A one-piece cap and lancet comprising:

a hollow body cap including an internal space,

a lancet, and

an elastic element,

wherein the lancet and the elastic element are contained within the internal space of the hollow body cap, and

wherein the hollow body cap is detachably combined with a painless impulse generator or a main body of a blood withdrawal device.

2. A one-piece cap and lancet comprising:

(i) a hollow body cap including an internal space, wherein a lancet is movable within the internal space, wherein the internal space forming a multi step structure engages a shoulder for an elastic element to stop the forward movement of the lancet, wherein an opening for a needle is defined at the front end of the hollow body cap, and wherein a projection for a lancet is defined at the rear end of the inner circle of the hollow body cap;

(ii) a lancet body movably contained within an internal space of a hollow body cap, wherein a needle is fixed at the front end of the lancet body, wherein a lancet holding member formed at the rear end of the lancet body for preventing an escape of the lancet, and wherein the needle moves along the predetermined path through a opening for allowing the needle to advance therethrough; and

(iii) an elastic element providing elasticity for the movement of the lancet together with the lancet body contained in the internal space of the hollow body cap.

3. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 2, wherein the elastic element providing elasticity for the movement of the lancet is defined between the shoulder for the elastic element and the lancet holding member of the lancet body.

4. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 3, wherein the elastic element is a spring which extends between the lancet holding member and said shoulder for the elastic element and wherein the spring forms a zigzag pattern perpendicular to the lancing direction.

5. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 4, wherein the elastic element comprises a pair and the pair is symmetrical to said lancet.

The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 3, wherein the elastic element is detachable from the lancet forming a shape of a jar whose middle is convex to bend toward the lancet body, and wherein one end of the elastic element is connected to the shoulder for the elastic element and the other end is connected to the lancet holding member.

The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 3, wherein the elastic element is detachable from the lancet forming a shape of an hourglass drum whose middle is concave to bend inner side of the lancet body, and wherein one end is connected to the shoulder for the elastic element and the other end is connected to the lancet holding member.

8. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 6, wherein the elastic element is comprised of two or more rings overlapped to strengthen elasticity.

9. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 3, wherein said elastic element is a coil spring, and wherein said cap comprises:

an internal space for the lancet within which the lancet moves along a predetermined path,

an internal space for the elastic element within which the elastic element moves along a predetermined path, and

an internal space for the lancet holding member within which the lancet holding member moves along a predetermined path,

wherein the above three internal spaces are connected by multi step with fine radius differences wherein the shoulder for the elastic element and the end for the lancet holding member may prevent the forward movement of the elastic element and the lancet holding member as the lancet moves forward.

The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 2, further comprising a needle protective cap defined at the front end of the lancet body for an encapsulation of the needle, wherein the protective cap is detachable from the lancet body when assembling the cap and lancet body or the cap and the painless impulse generator.

11. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 10, wherein the needle protective cap is automatically detached from the needle through a rotating movement of the cap when assembled with the main body of the blood withdrawal device or the painless impulse generator.

The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 10, wherein the needle protective cap being inserted within the opening for the needle is movable in lancing direction, said needle protective cap being multangular thereby rotating together with said cap, wherein the shape of the opening for the needle is multangular corresponding to that of said cap.

13. The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 12, wherein the diameter (the thickness) of said needle protective cap is designed that the thickness is smaller than that of said cap.

The one-piece cap and lancet of claim 10, further comprising a rotate stop pin and a depth adjusting element, wherein said depth adjusting element is assembled to a painless impulse generator or a main body of a blood withdrawal device, wherein said rotate stop pin is defined at the rear end of the lancet holding member thereby preventing a rotation of the lancet body, and wherein an insert hole for said rotate stop pin is defined at the front end of said depth adjusting element thereby inserting the rotate stop pin.

15. A painless blood withdrawal device comprising:

a movable axis which moves the lancet in a lancing direction being defined at the front end of a main body, and

a painless impulse generator, wherein said painless impulse generator is a hollow body with connection units for a cap, and a main body of a blood withdrawal device respectively at front and rear ends, and

wherein a gearing element is defined within said hollow body and moves in a lancing direction along with said movable axis thereby moving said cap.

17. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 15, comprising:

a power supply supplying a pulse power through an instantaneous pulse wave circuit thereby allowing forward movement of a movable axis, and an impulse generator switch controlling a pulse power of said power supply.

18. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 17, wherein said power supply supplies a pulse power to said movable axis through a touch circuit driver by a touch panel and an instantaneous pulse wave circuit.

19. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 17, further comprising a voltage adjustor adjusting a voltage supplied to said movable axis wherein a voltage supplied to said movable axis is adjustable through a value determined by an impulse strength adjusting unit.

20. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 18, comprising a voltage adjustor adjusting a voltage supplied to said movable axis wherein a voltage supplied to said movable axis is adjustable through a value determined by an impulse strength adjusting unit.

21. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 15, wherein the painless impulse generator comprises:

a fixed sleeve having a hollow body connectable to the opening of a main body of said blood withdrawal device wherein one end comprises a shoulder for a gearing sleeve and the other end comprises a means for connecting with a main body for assembly with a main body of said blood withdrawal device,

a gearing sleeve having a hollow body insertable within said fixed sleeve, wherein a partition with a hole for said movable axis is defined within said fixed sleeve, and

wherein one end of said gearing sleeve comprises a shoulder for a fixed sleeve mated with a shoulder for a gearing sleeve and the other end comprises a lancet combination and a means for connecting with the lancet for combining with a cap, and

a buffering unit inserted within an outer circle of said gearing sleeve and defined between said gearing and fixed sleeves thereby being compressed or retracted.

The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 15, further comprising a depth adjusting element in which one end is combined with said painless impulse generator, the other end is combined with the replaceable cap and is designed to rotate through the outer circle being combined with the painless impulse generator, according to the degree of the rotation, it changes the distance between the cap and the main body of the blood withdrawal device and controls the depth of the penetration of the needle as said movable axis moves forward.

23. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 22, wherein the depth adjusting element comprises:

(i) a rotating knob which is arranged such that one end of the rotating knob is combined with a gearing sleeve of the painless impulse generator and the other end is removably combined with the cap, and wherein the rotating knob of the depth adjusting element is designed to rotate through the outer circle of said gearing sleeve, and

(ii) an inner ring arranged between said rotating knob of the depth adjusting element and said gearing sleeve thereby changing the distance between said cap and the main body of the blood withdrawal device depending on the rotating position of said rotating knob.

16. A painless blood withdrawal device comprising:

a movable axis which moves the lancet in a lancing direction,

a cap defined at the front end of a main body,

a painless impulse generator, wherein said painless impulse generator is a hollow body with connection units for a cap and a main body of a blood withdrawal device respectively at front and rear ends,

wherein a gearing element defined within said hollow body moves in a lancing direction along with said movable axis thereby moving said cap,

a movable axis retraction unit inserted within a movable axis and defined between a painless impulse generator and a main body of a blood withdrawal device thereby pushing forward said painless impulse generator when said movable axis moves forward and retracting said movable axis,

a lancet holder defined at the front end of said movable axis,

a lancet fixed at the lancet holder, and

a cap having a hollow body,

wherein said lancet and lancet holder are inserted within said hollow body thereby allowing backward and forward movement of said cap which is detachable from said painless impulse generator.

24. A painless blood withdrawal device comprising:

a movable axis which moves the lancet in a lancing direction,

a cap defined at the front end of a main body,

a painless impulse generator wherein said painless impulse generator is a hollow body with connection units for a cap and a main body of a blood withdrawal device respectively at front and rear ends,

wherein a gearing element is defined within said hollow body and moves in a lancing direction along with said movable axis thereby moving said cap,

a movable axis retraction unit inserted within a movable axis and defined between a painless impulse generator and a main body of a blood withdrawal device thereby pushing forward said painless impulse generator when said movable axis moves forward and retracts said movable axis, and

a one-piece cap and lancet having a hollow body thereby detachably connected to said painless impulse generator,

wherein a lancet is fixed within said hollow body of said cap and wherein said cap together with said lancet is detachably connected to said painless impulse generator or said main body of a blood withdrawal device.

The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 24, further comprising a depth adjusting element in which one end is combined with said painless impulse generator, and the other end is combined with the replaceable cap and is designed to rotate through the outer circle and combined with the painless impulse generator, according to the degree of the rotation, it changes the distance between the cap and the main body of the blood withdrawal device and controls the depth of the penetration of the needle as said movable axis moves forward.

26. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 24, wherein the one-piece cap and lancet comprise:

(i) a hollow body cap including an internal space, wherein a lancet is movable within the internal space, wherein the internal space forming an multi step structure engages a shoulder for an elastic element to stop the forward movement of the lancet, wherein an opening for a needle is defined at the front end of the hollow body cap, and wherein a projection for a lancet is defined in the rear end of the inner circle of the hollow body cap;

(ii) a lancet body movably contained in an internal space of a hollow body cap, wherein a needle is fixed at the front end of the lancet body, wherein a lancet holding member formed at the rear end of the lancet body for preventing an escape of the lancet, and wherein the needle moves along the predetermined path through a opening for allowing the needle to advance therethrough; and

(iii) an elastic element providing elasticity for the movement of the lancet together with a lancet body contained in an internal space of a hollow body cap.

The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 26, wherein an (internal) screwhead is defined at the rear end of said hollow body of said cap and an (external) screwhead is defined at the front end of said impulse generator thereby detachably connecting said cap and said painless impulse generator through connecting said internal and external screwheads.

The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 26, wherein said cap comprises an external screwhead at the rear end of said hollow body and comprises an internal screwhead at the front end of said painless impulse generator thereby connecting said cap with said painless impulse generator by one touch.

29. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 26, further comprising a power supply supplying a pulse power for a movement of said movable axis using an instantaneous pulse wave circuit and an impulse switch controlling the pulse power of said power supply.

30. The painless blood withdrawal device of claim 26, wherein said power supply supplies a pulse power to said movable axis through a touch circuit driver by said touch panel and a instantaneous pulse wave circuit.

31. An acupuncture treatment device comprises a movable axis in a main body, and the movable axis enables a needle to move along the predetermined path, with the painless acupuncture treatment device comprising a painless impulse generator having a hollow body in which each combination part is in both ends of a painless impulse generator to combine to a cap and a main body of an acupuncture treatment device, and is combined between said acupuncture treatment device and the cap, and a gearing element which relates to the predetermined movement of said movable axis in said hollow body, and moves the cap with the predetermined movement of said movable axis through the gearing element.
