associating a depression quantity of a brake pedal of the vehicle and a speed of the vehicle at a time point, when the brake pedal is depressed while the vehicle travels at a low-speed, with a result whether the vehicle results in stop due to depression of the brake pedal; learning the associated depression quantity and the speed with the result to obtain a learning result; determining whether to stop the internal combustion engine automatically, when the brake pedal is depressed while the vehicle travels at a low speed less than or equal to a predetermined speed, according to the learning result to obtain a determination result; and stopping the internal combustion engine automatically before the speed becomes 0, according to the determination result. - View Dependent Claims (29)
