Abstract

Provided are an oxime compound represented by General Formula (1), a photosensitive composition containing the oxime compound as a photopolymerization initiator, a production method for a color filter using the photosensitive composition, and a color filter obtained by the production method:

• • in General Formula (1), R¹ represents a hydrogen atom, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or an aryloxylcarbonyl group, each of which may have a substituent; R² represents or R²s each represent a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkyloxy group, an aryloxy group, an alkylthio group, an arylthio group or an amino group; m is an integer of 0 to 4; when m is an integer of 2 or more, R²s may be linked together to form a ring; and A represents a 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring.

1. An oxime compound represented by General Formula (1):

2. The oxime compound according to claim 1, wherein the oxime compound is represented by General Formula (2):

3. The oxime compound according to claim 1, wherein the oxime compound is represented by General Formulas (3) or (4):

4. The oxime compound according to claim 3, wherein X is O or S, l is an integer of 1 or 2, and R¹ is an acyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl group, each of which may have a substituent.

17. The oxime compound according to claim 2, wherein X is O or S, l is an integer of 1 or 2, and R¹ is an acyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl group, each of which may have a substituent.

5. A photosensitive composition comprising:

at least one ethylenically unsaturated photopolymerizable compound, and

at least one oxime compound represented by General Formula (1) which serves as a photopolymerization initiator,

7. The photosensitive composition according to claim 5, wherein the photosensitive composition comprises:

(A) a photopolymerization initiator,

(B) an ethylenically unsaturated compound,

(C) a binder,

(D) a coloring material, and

(E) a solvent,

wherein the photopolymerization initiator is an oxime compound represented by General Formula (1), and

wherein the concentration of solid matter contained in the photosensitive composition is 2.5% by mass to 15% by mass,

13. The photosensitive composition according to claim 5, wherein the photosensitive composition is used for producing a color filter.

6. A photosensitive composition comprising:

(A) a photopolymerization initiator,

(B) an ethylenically unsaturated compound,

(C) a binder,

(D) a coloring material, and

(E) a solvent,

wherein the photopolymerization initiator is an oxime compound represented by General Formula (A-1), and

wherein the concentration of solid matter contained in the photosensitive composition is 2.5% by mass to 15% by mass;

8. The photosensitive composition according to claim 6, wherein the oxime compound represented by General Formula (A-1) is a compound represented by General Formula (A-2):

9. The photosensitive composition according to claim 8, wherein the oxime compound represented by General Formula (A-2) is a compound represented by General Formula (A-3) or (A-4):

10. The photosensitive composition according to claim 6, further comprising a sensitizer represented by General Formula (F-1):

11. The photosensitive composition according to claim 10, wherein the sensitizer represented by General Formula (F-1) is a compound represented by General Formula (F-2):

14. The photosensitive composition according to claim 6, wherein the photosensitive composition is used for producing a color filter.
