1. A touch screen display device comprising:
- a common electrode;
a base substrate disposed opposite to the common electrode;
a display signal line disposed on the base substrate;
a plurality of pixel electrodes electrically connected with the display signal line;
a touch position sensing part disposed between the base substrate and the pixel electrodes, the touch position sensing part comprising a sensing electrode disposed in a unit pixel area and sensing a change of electrostatic capacitance between the common electrode and the sensing electrode; and
a display layer disposed between the common electrode and the pixel electrodes, the display layer including a plurality of electrophoresis materials,wherein the sensing electrode comprises a first sensing electrode disposed in the unit pixel area forming a first electrostatic capacitance with the common electrode, and a second sensing electrode formed in the unit pixel area forming a second electrostatic capacitance with the common electrode.

The display layer includes a plurality of micro capsules comprising positively charged pigment particles and negatively charged pigment particles.
