  • when a semi-persistent scheduling periodicity comes, an evolved node B (eNB) and a terminal (UE) selecting a sub-frame from a sub-frame group as a sub-frame for the current semi-persistent scheduling;

    the sub-frame group including multiple sub-frames, and a sub-frame group periodicity equaling to the semi-persistent scheduling periodicity.
