8. A method of electronic communication comprising
providing a first cell phone having a shackle for locking the first cell phone to a fixture, the first cell phone having an intercom button, programming the first cell phone to call a second cell phone when the intercom button is pressed, locking the shackle of the first cell phone to a fixture near an exterior door to an enclosure, and calling the second cell phone by pressing the intercom button to establish communication between a person located near the exterior door and a person possessing the second cell phone.
