METHOD AND VEHICLE FOR DEPLOYING LIQUID MANURE

1. A method of optimizing the quantity of slurry to be distributed on ground to be fertilized with the aid of a manure-distributing vehicle, comprising the following steps:
- the slurry to be distributed is analyzed by a sensor close to the time of distribution in order to determine its contents;
the contents actual data obtained from the analysis is compared with predefined contents data in an evaluation device;
control data is determined by the evaluation device as a function of this comparison of the contents data; and
the control data is forwarded to an adjustable device by means of which the quantity of slurry can be varied;
a distributor device is activated by the adjustable device on the basis of the control data so that the quantity of slurry to be distributed per unit of surface area is regulated in accordance with the control data.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a vehicle for distributing manure, whereby a slurry sensor (8) determines the contents of the slurry (G) to be distributed, and an evaluation device (10) compares the determined values with pre-defined contents data. The quantity of slurry (G) to be distributed per unit of surface area is then computed depending on this comparison result. An adjustable valve (6) controls a distributor device (7) by means of which the computed quantity of slurry (G) is distributed on the land in accordance with the comparison result.

1. A method of optimizing the quantity of slurry to be distributed on ground to be fertilized with the aid of a manure-distributing vehicle, comprising the following steps:

A manure-distributing vehicle with a supply container for accommodating a slurry of manure, and at least one distributor device which is connected to the supply container by means of a pipe system, and at least one sensor for measuring the contents of the slurry to be distributed, and with an evaluation device generating control data which is computed by comparing the contents actual data of the slurry measured by the sensor with pre-definable contents data, wherein the sensor is disposed in the filling region of the supply container and the distributor device is activated by the adjustable device on the basis of the control data so that the quantity of slurry applied per unit of surface area is regulated in accordance with the control data.

A manure-distributing vehicle with a supply container for accommodating a slurry of manure and at least one distributor device which is connected to the supply container by means of a pipe system and at least one sensor for measuring the contents of the slurry to be distributed, and with an evaluation device generating control data which is computed by comparing the contents actual data of the slurry measured by the sensor with pre-definable contents data, characterized in that wherein the sensor is disposed in the pipe system between the filling region and the distributor device and the distributor device is activated by the adjustable device on the basis of the control data so that the quantity of slurry applied per unit of surface area is regulated in accordance with the control data.

A manure-distributing vehicle with a supply container for accommodating a slurry of manure, and at least one distributor device which is connected to the supply container by means of a pipe system, and at least one sensor for measuring the contents of the slurry to be distributed, and with an evaluation device generating control data which is computed by comparing the contents actual data of the slurry measured by the sensor with pre-definable contents data, wherein the sensor is disposed in the supply container and the distributor device is activated by the adjustable device on the basis of the control data so that the quantity of slurry distributed per unit of surface area is regulated in accordance with the control data.

A manure-distributing vehicle with a supply container for accommodating a slurry of manure, and at least one distributor device which is connected to the supply container by means of a pipe system, and at least one sensor for measuring the contents of the slurry to be distributed, and with an evaluation device generating control data which is computed by comparing the contents actual data of the slurry measured by the sensor with pre-definable contents data, wherein the sensor for measuring the contents of the Slurry flowing between the supply container and the distributor device a it is being distributed is disposed in a section of a pipe system disposed between the supply container and the distributor device, and the distributor device is activated by the adjustable device on the basis of the control data so that the quantity of slurry distributed per unit of surface area is regulated in accordance with the control data.
